Absolutely loved the food! It's a hidden gem in the Limerick city. We took the Mix Grill Platter and Lamb Kabsa! The mixed Grill Platter was good with enough portion for one person. But the Lamb Kabsa was so good that I want to eat that every time I visit. The Lamb pieces in the kabsa was so tender and was melting in the mouth. The mild spicy aroma of the Kabsa was perfect and the portion was generous. The space inside the restaurant was little tight and the front part of the sitting was unattractive, only the sitting inside was better in terms of ambience but still tight. Overall we had good experience in Mejana and would recommend to anyone who would love to try the Lebanese Cuisine.

After long time had best outside food served in green house ambiance. Niamh was knowledgeable and her hospitality was outstanding. One of best vegetarian food, must try ‘musakaat batajan’. Lamb kapsa was outstanding with mild spice and flavorful. Last but not least in-house special deserts (images attached) and simply better sticky toffee putting. Will come back again.

First time visiting the Mejana restaurant, I was pleasantly surprised with the service and food. It was very tasty served with a freshly made salad. The staff were very helpful, explaining the menu. I visited on Sunday evening.

Food was delicious and reasonably priced. Service was a bit slow, but staff were very friendly and helpful. Toilets weren't great and the atmosphere at the front portion of the restaurant compared to the back is very different and more like a takeaway with seats instead of a restaurant vibe.

Lovely coffee and even nicer baklava, the chef MAKES his own pastry and there was no shortage of filling, they have a very interesting menu and the next time we are in Limerick, we will be having a mixed grill for Breakfast. The toilets are spotless. Don't not visit them the next time you are in Limerick

Never failed to impress me. Delicious food, and very Economical. I am not sure about the outdoor seating areas. (They are shared by other restaurants too). But the Mejana kitchen is very clean, they make fresh food, not frozen. For example, when you order falafel wraps, they fry the falafels in front of you. The pastas are great too. And the Baklava is a must try here.

Fantastic place. The food is divine. As someone else said, order anything with lamb. Staff are courteous, friendly and helpful. Gave us suggestions on what to try and we weren't disappointed! If you have never tried Lebanese food, this is the perfect place to start.

This was a fanastic place to have our anniversary! Pricey, the food was ok. The wings were to die for, and 2 years later I'm still thinking of them! WIll be back for the spicy wings! Had dessert, chocolate cake, and it wasn't anything special, just tasted like it was from the grocery store.

Absolutely amazing place for a lunch, great falafels, among the best I've had so far. Generous and tasty dishes, even the salad is good, no just here to look pretty. Be careful with the portions though, it's big, either take 4 meze or a main with 2 small things. Clean place too please keep going :)

Great food. I had delicious fish. My brother and his wife amazing plates of veggie libanese food. Not only they could taste many dishes but they loved every single dish on that plate. Great experience. And another nice surprise was price for that fabulous meal. Five stars!

Friendly staff and good service the Lebanese elements of the dishes were tasty but they were served with a bland undressed salad of lettuce tomato and onion which would be more appropriate alongside a toasted cheese sandwich in a country pub. This is a shame because there were lots of Lebanese salads/sides like tabbouleh and couscous. Also it would be nice to see a mixed platter that combines meat and vegetarian elements.

This is an excellent Lebanese restaurant with delicious authentic food. I visited tonight with a friend and we each took the platter deal of four mezze dishes and a glass of wine so each got to sample eight dishes from the menu. The food was superb and can't recommend highly enough. The staff were friendly and helpful and the restaurant has a relaxed cosy atmosphere.

Our lunch here at Mejana was spectacular. We tried 6 different Mezze's and one main dish of Lamb with Saffron Rice and vegetables. Mouth watering. Great atmosphere, polite friendly service and the food, well we ordered twice and still could have ordered more if we had the room. Must try their local beer which we cannot remember the name of. Very reasonably priced.

Well to begin with the menu has alot of variety everything Lebanese food you can think of! We ordered Humous from the Cold Mezze section and it came with flat pittas it was very authentic tasting and went down a treat. From the main course section we ordered a Mixed Grill which came with 3 to 4 good sizes of Chicken cubes with a few boneless pieces of Meat, and 1 good sized Lamb Chop. The food was marinated with a few herbs with little to no spice, so for those of you who prefer very spicy hot food dont expect this from this particular mixed grill! It was served alongside 4 different sides we ordered the saffron rice with vegetables, which i hardly touched as the rice was so hard and completely bland! My husband however was disgusted at all the food as he was looking for rather spicy food and this was nothing of the thought. The staff however were very friendly co-operative and helpful.

We regularly visit this nice Lebanese restaurant overlooking Harvey's Quay. The food is simple, tasty & reasonably priced. Great place for groups because there's plenty of options for vegetarians & meat eaters. We've never needed a reservation but perhaps you would with a bigger group. It's right in the middle of the city centre and in walking distance to the bars & museums.
