Had to wait an extra half hour and charged extra just because the delivery guy was too lazy to knock on the door and just left, despite arriving here when they knew they couldn't contact me by phone and try to contact me by phone anyway ridiculous service wasting our time and money simply because they are incompetent of getting out of their car and going to a door 10 metres away from them.
