I don't visit fast food outlets often but my recent visits to this store are deserving of 5 stars, excellent service and being in a wheelchair myself was very quickly directed a special table, thanks for the welcome and being so helpful and nice

The pizza great, but that's it and we couldn't use the toilets. Don't know why but we were travelling all day and that's at least a 2 stars off.

I drop into Supermac's in city centre Limerick because it has the cleanest toilets of any fast food place in O'connell Street. Plus their chips are fatter than McDonald's and their cooking oil tastes like it is making me fatter. That and the extra large burgers when I can afford to drop a tenner for lunch.

Good food however the store is incredible outdated and not in a "it's the 90's aesthetic", more like it has that old fashioned look but in a we couldn't afford new furniture kinda way. It's really uncomfortable on some of the blue plastic benches and a lot of the stuff has permanent stains which is off putting. Will definitely enjoy the food again but God please update this restaurant its in the middle of the city it shouldn't look this out of order. Edit: seeing the store reply to me shows they do read comments and take your feedback into consideration, that's an extremely important thing for a company to do so I'm boosting my review a star for that.

Very disappointed with their fresh veggie burger. They use to have a frozen veggie burger and there had nothing wrong with it, it was very unique and the best veggie burger on the market that I bought all the time and recommended to everyone, who agreed with me that it was the best! But Supermac's have replaced it with a mushed up pile of veggie matter which tastes terrible. Such a shame... Supermac's, bring back your classic veggie burger!!

"GREAT shout getting those pizzas man. And you paid for both of em. Legend. I'm wrecked tired but feel grand apart from that. Def the pizza that did that. And tasty too! It was really puffy and raised and not flattened like some pizzas u get. So happy about that now. Just a brilliant pizza experience all round really."

Nice fast food restaurant. Serves some great burgers. All locations have a Papa John's aswell allowing for two different tastes to be served. In my opinion supermac's is better than a MacDonald's or Burger King

Extremely basic, but you know exactly what you're getting into when you enter... Don't come expecting fine dining, just greasy fast food! Does what it says on the tin. The facilities themselves are a little dated.

Due to a scheduling error, we were stranded in Limerick overnight on 1 July with nowhere to go until the first bus to the airport the next morning. We were so grateful you guys were open until 2 and didn't mind that we lingered over our food. The food was good and the manager on duty was very nice and told me where we could pick up a wifi hotspot after you closed. 5/5, will visit if I'm ever stranded in Limerick again, lol.
