Lovely carvery, helpful staff. High standards in everything - all guidelines adhered to. I would definitely recommend as a super venue for courses or meetings.

Nice café/restaurant on the North campus of Limerick University. Good selection of beverages and pastry/cake, haven't tried any hot dishes. Friendly, competent staff. Outside seating with views of the AstroTurf pitches.

Lovely carvery and decent food, but the service really let's this place down. They need some proper customer service training and some standard procedures in place. High staff turnover too which is never a good sign. Getting just a cup of tea can prove an absolute nightmare.

The snacks we had were good. The sample plate we got brought an assortment of cheese quiche, some little fried things which were tasty and then a type of spring roll with a little kick to it. The food has flavor, at least the snacks we got, the bartenders are friendly. Not a high dining experience but a great environment with friendly people and a good snack or two.

Very enjoyable experience, servers great food and located within the University campus with great views over the sports pitches. Inside space is limited however and it can get very crowded on large events.

This is the destination on the UL campus for an excellent meal that is very reasonably priced. Went there for a staff night out, the meal was not overly complicated but still had a few nice touches to differentiate it from the crowd.

Would be great to see someone from behind the counter smile -work would appear to be a chore nobody wants to do!-One coffee dispenser is not enough to meet demands at peak time -staff would appear to be undertrained in use of machinery available -queues need to be advised in different directions -health &safety concerns re way cavery was attended/presented -not bad experience overall but bordering on it! Rating 5/10

It has the feeling of a sports bar with an architecture inspired by the times of Mussolini. I only rate it as ok and I much prefer the Scholars bar on the main campus other side of the river. If you want to drink a lot of lager with your mates and watch sport on TV, then this is it. For a real pub experience, go to Scholars.
