As a Hgv driver last Saturday morning 8th January traveling on the n4 I first called et Rathowen Ferricks for breakfast , closed my next call was to bia restaurant in Edgeworthstown , closed I then called to McDonald's in Longford beside the bypass I got parked because it was early in the morning,. The service I received from Staff was very good they explained what breakfast they had and took my order and asked me to take a seat and they would bring my breakfast to me , what a lovely experience it was and a very enjoyable breakfast ..Well done to McDonald's... David Smith...

Mac Donald's always great but I m not a great lover of the machines to order your food but have no issues using them with the pandemic. Cant wait to get back to counter service no matter how long it takes. I'm very slow on these machines and that s why I don't like them but mac Donald's is still a great place nice friendly staff , doing their best as is all retail and service staff in the middle of this mess. Will go again and again, love their iced coffees. And I will use the machines, just hope anyone after me is not in too much of a hurry.

It's a McDonald's. The food is rarely slow. Is almost always perfect. The introduction of automated servers had sped up the process for all parties significantly. The only reason I mark it as a 3 star is simple. This is McDonald's. Let's not get notions here. The food is as shown. it's hardly good but it's fast and tasty. If you are eating here you know this already.

Stopped off for a break en-route to Sligo. Impressed with their covid set-up, and how quickly our order was delivered. Fast food staff don't get enough credit for the job they do. Well done guys!

Food is always as expected, thrown together but normally safe to eat. It's the wait for the drive-thru that's the big issue but again part of the experience but if you manage to deal with that you'll then need to dodge the kids that love to run out in front of you as you depart from buying your lettuce surprise.

We normally stop off here on our way from Dublin to Mayo. We have always found the staff to be really helpful and friendly. Just the other week we dropped in again and the lady staff member on the door was very accommodating in arranging a fresh bowl of water for our dog. I do hope McDonald's Inc. Appreciate the staff they have working in this store.

An excellent example of a well managed McDonald's. Modern clean design interior with computer aids for customer to use. No problems with orders here. Food taste good & delivered in reasonable time. Clear evidence of floor staff. Tables, eating areas & toilets for all abilities kept clean. Plenty of on site parking, including disabled parking. A nice dining experience all round. Well done.

I do not normally eat at take away restaurants, but decided to treat myself last Tuesday at Mc Donald's in Longford. The food was lovely and tasted great. Presentation was lovely also. Really enjoyed it. I will be returning again. Sooner rather than later. Delicious.

OK as good as expected On one previous visit the lettuce on a burger was not fresh, it was starting to ferment. Again on a busy evening I ordered a crispy chicken wrap but the chicken was not crispy more akin to chicken Cajun and no crisp.

• Longford Town's McDonald's has met with the standards of its other competitors locally. - McDonald's in Longford is altogether a quite modest restaurant compared to other McDonald's restaurants around the country. - The food as you would expect goes out quickly and efficiently. The drive-thru is also as always busy with customers going in and out on a regular basis, though they send food out hastily. Recently refurbished and supplied with order kiosks, it is now more efficient. *Altogether, be it a night out or a quick bite McD's is the way to go. 4/5 🌟

I really like this place its a welcome break driving from Dublin to Sligo and visa versa staff are really nice, typical Longford welcome. It dosen't cost anything to be nice to someone else they do it in bucket loads in Mcdonalds and its not on the menu. They are great kids 29th hing this place they are someone's son or daughter not on a great wage so mind them treat them with respect as you would like to be treated they are doing a great job with a smile on their faces giving you and yours coffee burgers and fries. Mcdonalds is a great grounding for any young person starting on their working careers to serve you. My dog Teddy loves it too.

One of the better mcdonals iv been to, all upgraded to have tablets at tables etc. And all esle the 21st century has to offer. Its a nicely layed out store, and have always had nice and tentive staff. Lots of parking around to so no worries about that. If you passing on the near bypass, its a handy one to come into as passing the town.
