D. C.The food was as expected. Staff were friendly. Building is dated and simple things like a third of the light fittings not work just creates a bad impression of the place. Made it look a little grubby if I'm honest.
D. T.Take outs only at the moment. Bright clean surroundings although some of the downstairs seating cushions are in need of repair. Friendly helpful staff. No parking alongside but plenty of parking under the 'arch' to the right (as you face the front of the cafe). Food lovely! Grilled chicken sandwich is large! Chips delicious!

S.Nice spot, usually have the upstairs closed off which makes it quite small but on my last visit they had it opened and had customers up there. Nice staff and never had any issues with the food.

S. P.Food great when it arrived 30mins later, counter service slow and unapologetic. Doubt we'll go back. The branch in Roscommon is better managed and efficient. They were clearly interviewing for more team members so perhaps things will be faster when they're not understaffed.

O.I was in the Longford store today as have been before.the lady that served me was very friendly and polite.but what really mad me feel good was the girl Trina asked me was I having my curry cheese chips today and milk.its nice to go where the staff remembers your order.i also likes the fact she was interacting with my son chatting to him about school etc.he loves it there.the staff seems to get on very well which is relaxing for customers.While I was there Trina went out of her way to bring the order to another lady and chatted for a few mins to them asking the little girl how was school and I could tell they wasn’t there before as i over heard the lady saying she’s nice my first time here I will come back.

I.The staff was really nice, the atmosphere was really enjoyable. I believe a security might be needed due to the 2 young irish traveler girls that tried to nick my phone and wallet from my pocket while with their traveler mommy's.

M.I was in Supermac’s longford on Tuesday 1st October and I was met by a cashier who goes by the name of Jess and I was greeted by the best customer service I have ever received in my short lived life so far. Never in my life have I felt so lifted by an employee of Supermac’s, I was filled with pleasure as she greeted me and took my order with such efficiency and kindness she treated me with the utmost respect, I just would like to share my experience as I believe this person deserves not just a raise but a promotion too.
S. C.On Friday I decided to give supermacs a try, and it was the best decision I made as I was met with the best customer service I've ever experienced. Jess was wonderful and extremely kind, even after I received my order she checked up on me to see if everything was alright, its good to see that longford still has some decent people in it.
