I was really excited about going here. What a disappointment. I can't tell if the eggs were dried or if they just had a lot of milk or something but they did not taste eggy. My waffle was tiny and chewy. My friend had the pancakes which looked awesome but tasted like they were made with batter that you add water to. Parking in the garage next door for free makes this easy to get to. I really wish it would have been better.

Great atmosphere and very clean. Very bright inside with the large windows. Service was top notch and very friendly. Food and drinks were very good and definitely give you large proportions. My quesadilla was stuffed full. Will definitely come back to try more things on the menu.

One of the best, if not the best, coffee shops in Galway! Mr Waffle is a great place for a quick bite with awesome dessert options. It serves the best white mocha in town and the waffle there is delicious. It has a good menu for both breakfast and lunch. The vibe there is really nice and the staff are all very kind and cheerful. It is just next to the NUIG and GUH which makes it extremely busy during lunch hour. Its about 10 minutes walk from city center.

The avocado bagel was subpar but it still gets 5 stars for having the best tasting cappuccino I’ve ever had! Seriously delish. Would come back just for the cappuccino. Other food ordered around me looked great!
