Absolutely love the food. Some of the staff need more training. There's one lady there I've dealt with over the phone a few times and she always gets it correct and is lovely to deal with. But some people are questionable. Have to start checking everything is given to us. Quite often I've walked out with half the stuff missing (I wouldn't mind too much if it wasnt as expensive)

Got foisca couple of time from the loughrea Town outlet very disappointed both times first time got snack box chicken tasted like it was cooked hours earlier very very dry and only last week got 2 of the new chicken breast sandwich meals same think chicken very dry and not very hot . I have had these things on many other occasions and have always been perfect but I will never eat from the loughrea premises again and iv heard others complaining about the quality of the food b4

Nice Supermacs! Possibly the only one with heating in Ireland! The toilets are dirty but I doubt they are used anymore (Corona ) The pizza is very nice, the nuggets are... nuggety... the sausages are like sausages and the chips are great! :) The staff are nice And also they have vinegar, ketchup, mayonnaise and barbecue sauce, and garlic mayonnaise also. The pizzas can be expensive but are worth it when you have a 2 for 1 card! Also the spicy beef and chicken are great toppings :)

Staff need to more training, collection orders are never ready when they say over the phone. I Was waiting an extra 15mins for my order. Regularly forget sauces like curry and garlic dips. Food is still nice just need to look at the staff training.

Supermacs Loughrea was the 4th Supermacs to open in Ireland after Galway, Gort and Balinasloe. To be perfectly honest the taste, quality and portion sizes have deteriorated steadily over the years whilst the prices have steadily increased. Most recently the garlic sauce has decreased in size and lost its lid! We can no longer use the containers as paint pots! The milkshakes are pure watery milk with no shake whatsoever! And the curry? What happened to the curry after all these years? Sometimes, depending upon the manager, you can get a really tasty meal to eat in but be wary of the food you takeaway and definitely don't order for delivery as the food that arrives on your doorstep can often be below standard. Supermacs is, it seems, like all big businesses; high prices for low cost products that are continually deteriorating hoping that no one will notice. Yes we notice and are not impressed. One final note regarding staff. They are always extremely accommodating and helpful and are definitely the strongest aspect of Supermacs Loughrea.

We decided to use one of the main street restaurants instead of the plazas and it was a good idea. Food was delicious and hot. We wasn't held up in a huge queue and even though this is one of the older restaurants it was clean and well maintained. 👍

Mass confusion broke out at Supermac's Loughrea last night when an Englishman attempted to order a snack box with garlic mayo and cheese. After a tense standoff between the gentleman and staff, a local resident stepped in and eased tensions by suggesting the garlic mayo could be served 'on the side'. The situation was resolved peacefully, and the non-local man left shortly after consuming his meal. The chicken is good too.
