** New Owners ** Serious quality at serious prices...! This ain’t your ordinary chipper. I’ve been sick and tired of the mediocre fast food spots in Carrigaline for far to long. Since this Lennox was taken over by a new, younger, innovative and experienced owner(summer 2020) the quality has sky rocketed. So much in fact that I dare to say it’s one of corks best kept secrets, and im a serious foodie. new extensive innovative menu beyond the usual stuff Let’s start with the chips: Perfect length chip, with a subtle crisp and a fluffy inner. Portions are very generous and the toppings (taco, garlic, cheese etc) are the most generous I’ve seen. Fish: Nice really large portion of fish, fresh from Kinsale/ballycotton, super fresh and a tasty batter, you really can’t get any better. However the secret is to try their fish bites, they’ll blow your mind. I don’t know of any other chipper doing homemade tartare sauce, it’s bloody incredible 10/10, nicest tartare sauce I cna say ive ever had Taco fries: best in cork hands down, homemade meat sauce is just killer, loaded with toppings for only 5e. good luck trying to finish it. Homemade Chicken goujons and the gravy are a perfect combo and gives kfc or hillbilly’s a run for their money, no exaggeration Wagyu beef burger: fresh meat patty with savage toppings(I won’t give away to much). Just try it you will not be disappointed All in all, this place has seriously upped its game thanks to the new owner(whom I’m yet to know by name lol). The staff: Always engaging with customers, work efficiently, shop is clean and pristine. Always a smile on their face and they seem to enjoy what they are doing which speaks volumes. Last but not least, support local, don’t use the 3rd party apps for ordering food, they take about a 30% cut from these small family businesses. Go direct and really support them. I just love this spot

This is a popular fast food outlet situated at the top end of the village just off the main street in carrigaline. It has good fish and chips and good burgers. I have been eating here for years and the standard used to be a lot higher. Degraded slowly but surely over the years. Everything seems a little greasy or slightly bland. Still generally alright though. Always a queue at the weekend.

Portion size was huge but quality left a bit to be desired. Fish supper batter was mank. Chips redeemed it somewhat. Kids Cheeseburgers were nice enough. Dissappointed overall given the esteemed name of the franchise. Perhaps it was just a bad day for the staff as I've eaten there previously years ago and it was great at the time.
