Stopped in for breakfast and I can honestly say the food has just gotten better since the last time I was in! The ingredients are as fresh as possible and it shows. Absolutely delicious. If you're passing through the village make sure and factor in a stop!

Great boutique style Cafe, with amazing tasty food. Staff are always helpful and friendly. Lovely garden area for those lucky enough with the weather. Worth travelling to, and booking for an evening meal; or a nice place to stop for breakfast, lunch or early dinner!

Very pleasant and busy restaurant in the village of Kildorrery. The food was prepared fresh and so we had to wait a few minutes. But the few minutes were well worth waiting as when it arrived, it was truly mouth watering

Friendly people, beautiful place and delicious food. Tucker away from the road, their outside garden is relaxing and picturesque :) The 3 of us had the pork, ham and vege tart - all were good! Reasonably priced too! Definitely drop in if ever driving from Dublin to Killarney

I'm just finished my gorgeous pork dinner take-out. It was so tasty. Collected it earlier and some salad for my tea. I love this little gem of a restaurant with its sumptuous food and lovely staff. My only problem is its not open Mondays when I'm on my return journey. I know a well earned rest

You have to stop in Joanne place, the thatch and thyme! It's a pearl! She makes great things, we ate the homemade apple tart with berry compote and whipped cream which was delicious. I want to try them all... she was very helpful and nice!

I came to this restaurant simply to eat. once I was here I was rushed into my choice, the waiter was very polite and understanding. I ordered the first food that looked good to me, a sandwich. As the waiter brought the sandwich out to me I was pleasantly surprised with how it looked, what I was not expecting, was the decedent and exquisite bite I was about to take. This sandwich was the most delicious, mouth watering, heavenly sandwich. This sandwich has been the best food I have ever had. If I am in the area again, I will be sure to stop by and get another one.

We stopped in on the way back from Killarney, The style is country kitchen but the food is anything but. Fresh with loads of flavour and we were pleasantly surprised. My wife had the goats cheese tartlet with a mix of salads. This was truly mix; with all manner of fresh salads from curried chickpeas to Asian noodles. I ordered the mushroom soup and a beef sandwich. Soup was wonderful and freshly made, whilst the sandwich was also of very good quality. The staff were excellent . A worthwhile stop for any journey 👍

Firstly the food here is absolutely sublime, undoubtedly the best vegetarian food I've eaten out, really amazing. They also offer a seperate vegetarian menu, which is awesome. Great atmosphere and service, but the food is what you will remember, amazing!

The breakfast is amazing everything on the menu is so fresh and every dish tastes so good. The staff are so friendly and the atmosphere is lovely. The real gem is the evening meal. Only taking bookings for certain times of the year. Book three month's in advance to actually get a table. Thats how good the food is!

We flew into Dublin at 5am, lazily drove across ireland to Co Kerry for a vacation and this happened to be our first stop. It was the first small town we passed through and we could not have picked a better place to eat. The prices were great, the food was quick and tasty and the presentation was very impressive. Thatch and Thyme greatly exceeded our expectations for our first restaurant in Ireland.
