This place is a well-oiled machine. We popped in Friday evening and whilst it was busy, they served us in reasonable time, in a friendly manner, and we managed to find a table. The menu is extensive but don't let that put you off - everything looks and sounds the delicious, we couldn't decide what to order. Went with fish and chips and fried chicken - all very tasty and large portions. The chicken was well seasoned! Reasonable price, good atmosphere, a local treasure!

I gave Four out of Five stars for a reason; no place is perfect. Unbelievable menu. Great food lovely friendly staff - quick service, I've never had a complaint, however, yes! there is a however, Lol. Their Taco Chips is clearly not a Taco Chips; in fact, it's an insult to "Taco Chips" to call them that, as their is no spices in the meat, and if there is then, there so minuet, they are unnoticable. They should be called Bolognese and chips. Minced meat, Tomato Ketchup and Mayo with Cheese. Is a Bolognese Chips. But, even though I was disappointed that they are clearly not a "Taco Chips" and not what I am used to elsewhere, they were still edible, and I enjoyed them. So the loss of one star was because I can't give a half a star; otherwise I would have given 4 ½ Stars. Loss of Half a star was for giving the title "Taco Chips" to something that was very far removed from a "Taco Chips"

Great trad fish n chip/ snack box chipper. Offers way more than that on an extensive menu. Friendly staff that always greet you with a great manner even when "up de walls". Good value for money which also helps. Love the fact if you don't want a bag of chips with your order, they'll throw in a scoop of chips. Fits the bill perfectly. Keep up the great work.

The Yorkshire man loves his fish and chips and can never can find proper fish and chips in Ireland. Until I came to midleton from Ballyhooly to try them at CF Lennox, well what can I say there bloody brilliant, brilliant service, friendly irish staff, now the fish and chips there topper perfect yummy, chips just right, fish white with perfect batter, peas perfect and curry sauce perfect, hot and yummy. I have been going here for the best part of 10 years of my life and it never ever lets me down. Their potato pies, chips and battered sausages are absolutely amazing!! Staff are always on the ball, friendly and willing to help, or just have a chat while we wait. I love the furniture inside the shop and I always look forward to a bottle of Tanora with my chips and curry.. thank you, guys!! You have a customer for life here 💜

Better service you can only get from your own mother. Friendly and eager to engage tourists like us in conversation. Asked us to sign their guest book. Food quality: Breading on the fish was audibly crunchy and golden. It was not greasy at all indicating a proper dip in the deep fryer. Giant portions, ample supply of chips. I added a fried chicken drumstick and a thigh. That was delicious and the gravy was very tasty. If I ever come back to this area of Ireland I will make it a point to stop here again for fish and chips. Thank you for making us feel welcome!

What a great place for weary American travelers to get something to eat because most places were closed or the menu didn’t suit everyone in our family. They were nice. The food came out fairly quick considering they were very busy. We all ordered something different. My daughter loved her pineapple pizza. My warm chicken and bacon salad was delicious. Other items ordered were chicken wrap, chicken burger and of course fish and chips which all were happy with. Keep up the good work!

living in the locality, I can, and without hesitation, say that this is the best fast food place in all of midleton, and possibly even cork. It's a nice place to go, whether it's for chips, or a burger. the prices are good, there isn't a long waiting time. great place

Can often be hit and miss. Sometimes the chips which are made from scratch are perfect but often they are raw or over cooked. I have given up on their onion rings as every time I have got them they are just huge raw rings of batter. Prices are excellent and the option of a scoop of chips for a euro is ideal. If the could maintain standards I would give them full marks.

Being British I love Fish and chips it's an ultimate comfort food. The Food here is amazing for a take away, though Lennoxs is so much more than your average take away. . Plump fluffy chips crisp clean batter. There's a comfy homey feel to the shop and the staff are very friendly. They have a varied menu well suited to their customers. The €1.00 scoop of chips certainly fills the craving. Sometimes a craving for chips isn't just a craving for chips sometimes it's a craving for Lennoxs.

I frequently go to this chip shop even though I do not live in Midleton Myself and my husband went there last Tuesday 9th October around 12.30 midday The staff there were absolutely so nice and efficient I have to praise them As usual the fish and chips were super fresh and full of flavour, good generous supply but never too much like some chip shops do,they overload the chips and it sort of turns you off I have to say I highly recommend this place,it is clean and very nicely decorated,the service is good and keenly priced Try it ,you wont regret it Moira

Lovely food fish n chips huge great value tasty I love batter burgers in Lennox very unhealthy but what a tasty treat I just think food there is amazing .Staff very good hard working but owner would want to invest in decent chairs and furniture very uncomfortable high stools come on dude spend a few Bob on decent high chairs and seats in floor even add few cushions hard pressed to chairs and maybe some better foot rests on high stools needs to be comfortable nothing to do with staff poor owner management etc.

chipper in midleton the service is excellent, the food is good but fish can be only ok sometimes. this place is a copy of Jackie Lennox's in town and tbh i'd recommend just going there instead.
