Very clean and relaxing place to eat. Food was reasonably priced. Didn’t have a big selection for carvery, but what was there was delicious. Really enjoyed my meal. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Overall experience was pleasant.

Very close to bagenalstown railway station, this place is managed by good people. They ensured that we got a vegetarian soup, even though the same was not part of their menu on that day. Rest of the food was also nice.

We were staying in Borris and found that the places that served good were closed on Monday and Tuesday and this place in Bagnalestown was open. We were disappointed in the burger we got there. It was overcooked and a bit dry. The staff was nice and the pint of Guinness was great.

Sympathetic pub-restaurant. Very friendly staff. I ate a mixed grill and drank two beers. All of excellent quality. After paying, they offered to take me to my B&B by car.
