Quaint little pub with a beer garden, strategically situated along the waterways, Greenway cycling path and next to the road. Food in the conservatory that tasted fabulous after hours of pedalling 😀. Guinness is a must. Enjoy!

Nanny quinns was just fantastic food was amazing staff were so helpful there was 4 of us we parked our motorhome in the carpark across the bridge on the canal would definitely recommend this place for food

Going back up to my roots I have discovered a gem of a place. Nanny Quinns is nestled snugly along the tranquil Royal Canal. From the moment we stepped into the restaurant we savoured the friendliness and the amazing ambience. The food was fantastic, the staff so friendly. Very pleasant Sunday lunch. Opened at 1pm. Well ventilated and mask wearing well observed. A good choice on the menu and smaller portions available. Kids wanted sausages and chips and they were happy to oblige. Generous portions, including dessert. Full licence.

My friend brought me here tonight and what a wonderful place, the staff were so helpful due to me being a Coeliac and also very friendly. The food was divine and the atmosphere was quiet, warm and lovely. Would recommend to anyone and will also be back.

After coming here for the last several years I always found my experience amazing. Food is always superb and could never find anything wrong with what me or my family order the staff are so friendly and always there when you need them. Great place, came back again 23/05/2021 Summer 2022 - 27/03/22 - Pomegranate Daiquiri Came back again 01/04/2022 , when one has an interest in mixology and the excellent and friendly bartender Shane is willing to entertain your ideas - a twist to the dark and stormy cocktail - gold and stormy rum cocktail, citrus , ginger and Jamaican Rum 🍹 Need to convince the owners to stock a few more things now 😀😀 Yet another cocktail - tequila sunrise 10/06/22

Lovely pub on the canal, really great for outdoor seating. Staff very friendly and the food is good. Only draw back was the service system (admittedly during Covid restrictions) was a little awkward and slow in the busy period we were there - but probably just teething problems. Still highly recommended

As always fantastic food from Nanny Quinns. The change to takeaway is seamless. A lovey tidy half door setup in the hallway where you normally walk in, with plenty of disinfectant wipes and gels and plenty of space between you the customer and the staff. Looking forward to sitting inside with a rock shandy when the lockdown is clear, but until then the takeaway service is perfect.

We went at lunch time on Friday. Food was ok, price reasonable. Staff were friendly and efficient. It's in a lovely spot right beside the canal. I was tempted to stay on for a beer or 2 in the sunshine in the beer garden!
