Called in for lunch this afternoon for 1st time. The food was great the staff were very friendly and approachable. Will definitely be back. Beautiful grounds and lovely house. Really enjoyed my visit with my grand daughter.

Wonderful setting for this venue. It is part odd the golf club but it is so relaxing here. Great staff are always on hand and eager to help. Jimmy the wedding specialist here is great to deal with. The food is always wonderful and hits a nice the mark all the time. I have been there a few times last year and this year and will return again. Thanks to all at the New Forest...

Lovely venue in a great spot, food is fantastic and the staff are friendly and very helpful, we had a family christening here and it was perfect. Ideal for families as it's in a distance off the road so it's safe for children. Well worth a visit for lunch

Very good golf course, some very good tough par 4s, 16 would be a much better hole from the ladies tee with left side of the green only and the stunning railway sleeper bunker to fire over. Well kept and super greens.

Nowhere nicer on a sunny day - the excellent restaurant overlooks the golf greens and it's really beautiful! Great food. Varied menu. Lots of history in this old house - (if I got the story right), the Grandmother of Henry VIII was born here!!

A course of plenty.From varying levels of difficulty to immaculate greens,it is a pleasure and a test to play.The fairways roll with the natural landscape and the views change from tee to tee.All in all...book a tee time and play this course..you won't regret it.

Found this club by accident and arranged a visit to play the course. beautiful clubhouse setting overlooking a beautifully designed course that is both challenging and gentle that caters for the competitive handicap golfer who is fed up playing courses with long rough and monster long golf holes. Great green design combined with beautifully positioned fairway bunkers. Truly a gem in the midlands what a find. Most importantly value for money look forward to many return visits.

Stunning course that is in superb condition. Gentle rolling fairways and fast, true greens that will test the ability of even the most seasoned players. A Golf Digest qualifying event was what brought us to this championship venue. A must-play for all serious golfers and at just 7000 yds, it's a ball strikers paradise. Just play and enjoy!

I explored acres of woodland surprised to see red squirrels exploring and deer quietly watching as I meditated in the shade of an ancient tree at dawn. The accomodation is spacious and so comfortable. I was enthusiastically shown around by a young member of the owners family and learned much about the game of golf. The quiet of the apartments, the walled gardens and the surroundings would make an ideal venue for mindfulness sessions- though I may return to play golf having learned so much about it :)
