J. S.As it says, it's out the back at present - which seems odd, but enables a COVID-secure system. Friendly staff serve immense quantities of good food at reasonable prices. Outdoor dining on the premises available, but remember this is Ireland and al-fresco is not a local term!

C. D.A busy restaurant for good reason. Good choice of food as well as being excellent quality. Food is well presented and portions are generous. Our trip had a couple of hiccups but this was probably due to our late arrival and being at peak time. It feels like a restaurant that gives you an experience as well as a meal. Will definitely go again.

L. M.Not been here in a while & was always Fab but was disappointed with the food I had ordered last night in mains. Curry was a bit bland and combo sizzler was same. Lacked content sides; salsa/guacamole/sour cream Presentation of the food could have been improved too. Deserts scrumptious
m. y.Duck was lovely but pizza was more like what you would buy in a supermarket. First waitress we had was a bit standoffish not too nice but a few of the younger girls were lovely. A bit crowded not much room to move about.

Firstly with the booking as it seemed we were being an inconvenience to the front guy and then the food as starters and main all tasted the same. Each dish was coated in the same sauce. A nice place to visit and friendly waiting staff. Extremely busy restaurant. Substandard food.

have eaten in restaurants in quite a few countries and I can say none would compare .
It is reasonably priced and vgood value for money .The food in Ireland is second to
none and Oscars is a great example of what Ireland can offer .

Now that the takeaway service is from the rear no deliveries being brought through the main dining area. A significant improvement to the overall ambiance. Again a place I return to again and again.. whenever in Mullingar.
D. M.My Dad and I went to Oscar's for an evening meal. We did not have a booking and it was around 7.30pm. We were seated within 5 minutes. The staff were friendly and efficient. The food was ok but slightly overcooked.
