LOVE Oscars❤️❤️❤️❤️Great food, never disappointed, a terrific team there, excellent service! We ate our food outside under a huge markee, ,felt very safe, lovely gifts for sale in the take away!! As it says, it's out the back at present - which seems odd, but enables a COVID-secure system. Friendly staff serve immense quantities of good food at reasonable prices. Outdoor dining on the premises available, but remember this is Ireland and al-fresco is not a local term!

A busy restaurant for good reason. Good choice of food as well as being excellent quality. Food is well presented and portions are generous. Our trip had a couple of hiccups but this was probably due to our late arrival and being at peak time. It feels like a restaurant that gives you an experience as well as a meal. Will definitely go again.

Delicious food, excellent professional and friendly service from staff who knew the menu and could offer insight into various dishes. Two of us had steak and it was cooked perfectly to our specific requirement. Compliments to the Chef(s) and professional team. Highly recommend Oscars.

Not been here in a while & was always Fab but was disappointed with the food I had ordered last night in mains. Curry was a bit bland and combo sizzler was same. Lacked content sides; salsa/guacamole/sour cream Presentation of the food could have been improved too. Deserts scrumptious

Duck was lovely but pizza was more like what you would buy in a supermarket. First waitress we had was a bit standoffish not too nice but a few of the younger girls were lovely. A bit crowded not much room to move about.

This restaurant was recommended to us but we were dissapointed. Firstly with the booking as it seemed we were being an inconvenience to the front guy and then the food as starters and main all tasted the same. Each dish was coated in the same sauce. A nice place to visit and friendly waiting staff. Extremely busy restaurant. Substandard food.

Oscars is an exceptionally well run restaurant the food is superb and I have eaten in restaurants in quite a few countries and I can say none would compare . It is reasonably priced and vgood value for money .The food in Ireland is second to none and Oscars is a great example of what Ireland can offer .

This is probably one of the best eateries in Mullingar. Bothing too fancy but everything well done and presented beautifully. Service with a smile always. Now that the takeaway service is from the rear no deliveries being brought through the main dining area. A significant improvement to the overall ambiance. Again a place I return to again and again.. whenever in Mullingar.

My Dad and I went to Oscar's for an evening meal. We did not have a booking and it was around 7.30pm. We were seated within 5 minutes. The staff were friendly and efficient. The food was ok but slightly overcooked.

Hands down. U won’t be disappointed dinner here. Had a superb meal here last night. Food is unreal. A hidden gem of a restaurant. The staff and owners couldn’t do any more to help us.. , The only downside is we don’t have this quality of a restaurant in Dublin. Thanks for a great night

I have dined here on different occasions over the years, food was always good, service a bit slow at times. The menu needs a wake up as it never changes alot. The seating could do with refurbishment. Its a typical restaurant. Try somewhere different for the crack.

I've expected much more. The food was not so good. The ribs I've ordered had no meat on them and they were covered with vinegar so I couldn't feel the taste of the meat. Quite expensive as well for the food this quality.
