Cozy place to have a good meal in Maynooth ☺️ We tried (and shared) the vegan version of the Asian roll and the Seitan wrap… and they tasted espectacular! The staff is super friendly and welcoming. I would definitely come back to Beetroot! ♥️

A cute and cosy casual cafe just off the main high street. Perfect for a quick but filling meal. The food was really tasty with varied menu options. We got there at 12 and it got busy soon after. Seating is outside and has 4 tables for two each, with stools for eating at the high benches. We loved the asian burrito and the veg panini. Plenty of desserts, snacks and coffee options too.
