Great fish and chips but other dishes I wouldn't get again. Long wait times.

For coeliacs/gluten intolerant people Sam's do gluten free chips on request and a few other GF items too. We have a coeliac in our family and they're delighted to have proper chipper chips that are GF. All the non-GF food is also great.

Best local takeaway in village leixlip. Massive chickens on snack box . Friendly staff , you could either eat it inside or bring it back home . They’re chips are massive and very tasty too. I think it’s there own chips made that’s why it’s yummy . Busy at weekends so if you have loads of money delivery is good , but trying to save and prefer collection . You could just ring them and pick it up handy too.

Great bag of chips, but buy 2 or 3 of them. Meanest portions I've ever seen. It's a shame because it puts people off the place.

Food was excellent, always is, I've been going here for over 20 years, deeply disappointed however to find the shop packed during covid, delivery drivers no masks on, patrons no masks on and no gel / sanitiser in the shop, despite the sign about only three in the shop the staff did not enforce the rules or ask for people to put on masks, I left and returned but disapointed, can't rate the food lower however .

It is exactly what it says on the tin, a nice local traditional chipper. The prices are reasonable the staff is nice the food quality is good. My experience was good.
