I booked a table for a graduation celebration, food was excellent, calamari , chicken liver parfait, and deep fried Brie, for starters, fillet steaks , lamb shank and deep fried sea bass for mains.too full for dessert, which is a testament to portion sizes. Will definitely book again.

This has been my 7th or 8th visit here and I am far from disappointed. The staff are attentive friendly helpful and plesent. I dont know who the chef was on 18th Sept 2021 but hats off to the chef. The nicest steak I've EVER eaten. The veg were cooked to perfection and the peppercorn sauce was delectable. Don't miss this gem.

Six of us had a super lunch for a very special get together with daughter and family. I had the sirloin steak on a stone which was sinfully delicious. I didn't want chips so got garlic potatoes instead. Perfect combination! Two of our party opted for the fillet steak but cooked to order by the chef. Each was tender and perfectly done. They came with chips, sauce, garlic butter and mushrooms and onions. Not a scrap was left on either plate. The seabass was the third choice and it came on a bed of garlic potatoes. Again, deliciously served and every scrap was relished. The chicken fajitas went down very well too. And our youngest guest had 2 starters instead of a mains. Chicken wings proved a bit too salty but the beef nachos went down a treat. Stone Haven has their outdoor space really well set up. I think we could even have survived through a good rain shower. And I'd say it is beautiful at night with all the lovely lights and decorative pieces as well as the troughs of stunning red begonias all around for good measure. I was very impressed with the restaurant and the staff and would strongly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a good meal, in a safe and pretty setting away from traffic. And best of all, we were able to book for the time we wanted and take our time over the meal too. So thank you Stone Haven for making our lunch together so special as well as feeding us so well. We look forward to visiting again in the near future.

Simply just an amazing place to get good a good steak. Went there with my family and it was a pretty quiet atmosphere, just the perfect place to have a good family dinner. We ordered the chicken wings, chicken spring rolls and fried calamari for starters and they were all simply divine. Our main course was a fillet steak on stone with a side of onions and potato fries. For desert we ordered their chocolate brownie with ice cream and chocolate sauce and I have to say hands down that it was the best damn brownie I have ever tried. And believe me I've tried quite a few.....

Tuna steak on the stone is devine. Was very large steak though! I couldn't eat even a quarter of my chips that went with it. I feel like just the steak and the salad would suffice. With covid I was worried about waiting indoors but we were well spaced from the next table.

Delicious food, I had the kangaroo and my girlfriend had the steak. Cooked perfectly. Service was great. The server managed to handle a rather busy dinner crowd on her own without much of a delay at all. The building could use a small tune up with renovations but I won't let that take away from my rating. Thanks!

Upon arriving I was a little worried that I had made a bad choice going there as the place is a little dirty and the decor inst exactly great. However, I was pleasant surprise when the food arrived. It was very tasty and very well presented. The service was good but I fell like some of the staff could be a little more friendly.

the attitude, the service, the food itself. Everything is just perfect. I am a vegeterian and went there with my boyfriend as this is what he wishes. I ate a vegeterian cesar salat and a carbonera pasta. It was wxcwllent! My boyfriend enjoyed his steake so much and still talkes about it.

This is our favourite restaurant in Maynooth & surrounding areas . Celebrated a 50th wedding Anniversary there last night & as usual service was superb, food divine & general ambiance was excellent. We COULDN'T fault this restaurant .
