F. G.Pure heaven, absolutely divine !! Had all the lunch specials and they were spot-on! And to finish off I had (the) TBI home made ice cream ... oh my goodness, I really was in Heaven! A most memorable lunch, great service, worth EVERY penny and more !! My congratulations to the whole team front and back!

Wines are superb with a really good selection by the glass. The service is always pleasant and efficient. I’ve never had a bad meal here. Highly recommended.

It was her first meal out since the pandemic and the staff were very professional in all their dealings with us.
I have to say the food was so fresh and delicious.
We had homemade bread and butter while we waited for the main course to arrive.
I had the Italian fish pie with a parmesan crust,a tomato based sauce with fresh seafood and prawns,a great combination.
Accompanied by buttery champ and a salad that was home grown with a lovely light dressing.
Fish and chips and a black pudding pizza were enjoyed too, with skinny home made chips.
My husband had the apple and blackberry pie.
The ladies were delighted with the coffee and a Florentine, with a lovely hint of ginger.
Looking forward to my next visit.

J. R.After a long long pandemic we needed a treat. The last time we had been here the Christmas tree was up. I started with the pepper and black bean soup, accompanied by home made bread, a feast. Moroccan Beef with couscous for my main was excellent. My wife had hake with mashed potato and beetroot (amazing taste). We shared an almond and apricot tart for dessert. Pricey lunch but price is long forgotten when the quality is remembered! We then went and bought a few items from the shop, chocolates and jams .... it has been a long long pandemic ... a visit to Ballymore Inn is a good antidote!

The pizzas are a must if you like pizza. It is marginally more expensive than the competitors, but you only live once and every 2 or 3 weeks won't break the bank.

While visiting we ate in several restaurants, pubs, taverns, I must say the absolute best was Ballymore Inne In Kildare, Ireland. I had the Lamb in bolognese sauce with spaghetti. I’ve never had lamb that tasted so delicious. I am hoping to purchase the cookbook offered if availability, hoping the recipe just might be in there.. We ate several places. The proprietor only acknowledged people he knew, the Maitre Dei was the same, neither came near us. How will you or we encourage people to go to be treated like our experience did not matter.
