C. “. H.We had a lovely experience in O'Keefe's last Thursday. We had had a long day of appointments and decided to indulge ourselves by eating our evening meal before going home. The young lady, Daga, who was on duty, checked our Covid passes and then showed us to a corner table that was well away from the other customers. We ordered drinks while we read the menu. These arrived without delay. When we had chosen our preferred meals - the pan-fried cod for me and a chicken curry for my companion - Daga immediately took the order to the kitchen. She consistently ensured that all the other customers had the food and drink they wanted. She had a pleasant word for everybody. Our food arrived shortly afterwards. My cod was perfectly cooked and was served with a mix of black olives, tomatoes peppers and onions. It came with a very good portion of brocolli and green beans - both nicely cooked with just enough bite. My companion's curry was excellent. It was more of a Thai curry than Indian. The flavour was really good. The accompanying chips were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, as they should be.
We thoroughly enjoyed our food. Daga was pleasant to everyone while she also prepared the bar's Christmas Tree. In summary O'Keefe's has and excellent chef in the kitchen and a top server in Daga who ensured that the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The bathroom was spotless. We will undoubtedly be back and strongly recommend the food if you're looking to pass a pleasant few hours, especially if Daga is on duty.
R. S.Staff were very friendly and allowed us to bring pur dog into the bar. They gave water and biscuits to her too!
D. O.There is no more beautiful and authentic an Irish pub and Restaurant in Ireland than Thomas O'Keeffes, and not just because we share the same sir name. Nestled in the heart of Kilcock, this Restaurant reflects everything I imagined Ireland to be. What a great escape from big city Dublin!

D. M.First time here; had a chicken curry with rice & chips. Exactly what a pub curry should be, possibly the best curry I’ve had in a pub. Beer was beautiful too, staff friendly and more importantly efficient.
Only negative would the price, a tad on the expensive side but the grub was delicious.
Will be back so the high standard better persist!

B.Its always a nice place to go for a drink or a coffee and sit by the canal when the sun is out. We went there and we really appreciated the service. We are both vegetarian and I didn't want anything from the menu so the chef made a super delicious pasta with vegetables. 1 star deducted because even though the food was great it was pricey. Spending 18 euros on a curry and 16 euros on a pasta is not what I expected.

J. W.After seeing all the awards plastered over their entrance I was expecting a dining experience. What I was given was expensive pub grub. I personally had scampi, it was in the menu as fresh, what I received was cooked frozen, for effectively €20. If you mention fresh please provide fresh.
In the end we asked for the bill, 3 times over 20 minutes. In general I would not be back unless I was out for pub grub.most of the party of 9 did not enjoy their meals either however I can only speak for myself.

S. H.We came for my Nana's birthday celebration on and since it was a Tuesday, we had the place to ourselves. It was a lovely cosy setting, the waitress couldn't do enough for us and we all thoroughly enjoyed the food. The only downside was the window which we were sat next to had a view of the rubbish bin and an old upturned couch.
