A. W.I can't say enough about the food. Although the plates could be cleaner, the food was absolutely delicious. Nicely cooked crisps and goujouns, desserts were fantastic too. Very welcoming staff and fair prices.

P. R.First of all, it should be called The Venice. Not The Venice of Ireland. The town is the Venice of Ireland. Not your pub. The Venice is newly refurbished and under new management and looks great. Pints are fine. As pubs go in Monasterevin, I would put this place number 3 behind Brennans and The Bellyard because of atmosphere, with Mooneys at the bottom of the pile.
