First time to visit in quite a few years and we weren't disappointed. Friendly, personable, attentive staff. Excellent service, from drinks to food. Gorgeous meal; well cooked, hot and fresh. Lovely chat with the owner at the end of the night, and his warm attitude to his staff explains the friendly atmosphere in the restaurant. We'll be back!

Firstly the staff and owner are very nice. The food and service was great it's right beside the trim castle I'd say it's the best place to eat in the area lovely seating got fit in between bookings last min. only missing a star because the Guinness was awful

This is my 4th time back to this restaurant and the service has been top class every time. The food is some of the best in Ireland with over 10 pages to choose from on the menu. Who ever is training these staff deserves a good medal.

Service great, and starter and dessert good,but my main which was bbq ribs,was dry and just burnt and very hard in parts not nice at all.

Our journey was to Cork, this was a stop over. Couldn't have picked a better resteraunt to stop at for dinner. Food was first class. Always busy, so if you're planning on a stop, book ahead. You won't be disappointed. And afterwards, a stroll around a very picturesque and and historic town.

Got the early bird menu and left franzinis stuffed. Great value for money and very tasty. Staff were very friendly and helpful. At the end they even ordered us a taxi without bring asked to.
