G. R.The food is fantastic, staff are fantastic. I know they can be under pressure at times, it's just that you can see your food is ready and it can be sitting on the hot plate for a good while before you are called up to the counter. My chips were cold 🥶, my fish 🐟 was super. Just need to review their ordering system 😩
R. L.I wouldn't normally have any complaints in Hot n tender but tonight after a long wait for the food the chips were cold, chicken burger cold and soggy bun and tenders were burnt. Very disappointed 😞

Veggie burger is good but wish it was bigger. Didn't like it in the paper bag wish it was in the polystyrene burger case.

Their fish batter has a crunch and taste that will stay in your mind until you surrender and have it again. The burgers, chips, southern fried chicken and pizza are all cooked with a passion that can keep this restaurant proud.
