T. S.Edit: just been back again and had the most delicious meal - the chef deserves a Michelin star, it really is that good!
We just ate in the restaurant and had a fantastic meal. After trying all the local places for takeouts, we decided this place was the best so we thought we'd try eating in. Its great to see the meals how the chef wants to show it, not just in plastic tubs. The food is beautifully presented and even better than the takeouts. Chicken wings were perfectly cooked and really tasty. I had a fish curry and my wife and a biriani for a change for both of us and they were beautifully cooked and very tasty. The service is always friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended!

M. O.Got take away today, was in taste for Indian food for a while and have to say it was lovely to me its very modern fresh version of Indian cuisine, we ordered the classics, it was easy to digest, filling, generous portions. Cheers for complimentary extras, my little son loved it.

D. H.Takeaway was delicious. Starter platter had generous amounts of Tandoori chicken, pakoras and the best onion bhajis I have tasted in years. The curries had plenty of distinctive spice flavours and we all especially loved the saag paneer.

M.I do not usually write reviews but I feel this should be addressed , The food was excellent great flavour and colour was vibrant and was very fresh compliments to the chefs and kitchen staff . The service on the other hand unfortunately cannot be said the same for on the night we were in we were treated very rudely and the waitress was clearly new although she knew the cuisine she had very little manners and was very busy in the kitchen and was not always able to accommodate our queries.

And they're much better than the vast majority of Indian restaurants in Dublin.
Here's the thing: Indie Vibe is better than every Indian restaurant in this area, hands down.
Dish reviews:
Hyderabadi Dum Biryani: the rice is cooked just right and isn't mushy. The meat is tender and flavourful. The lamb wasn't gamey tasting at all. It was good. The chicken was moist and tasty.
Daal: they rules for daal are easy: temper the spices and use a lot of butter. Indie Vibe uses a LOT of high quality butter. Perfection.
Naan: a bit smaller than you might get at other restaurants, but very nicely cooked. Again, copious amounts of butter used, soft, chewy. Can't go wrong.
The menu here is a bit more limited than you might find at one of the other restaurants but that's a good thing. Clearly they're focusing on the right things and doing them well.
The delivery was prompt and correct. I asked for one small change to spice level for one dish and it was done just fine.
Indian restaurants in Navan just got some very serious competition. The choice for dishes has gotten a lot better, the favour profiles are unique, and overall the food is 5⭐.
