had such a pleasant experience in store recently. staff were very nice, especially one small girl called katie (i believe). she took the time out of her day to make sure everything was perfect for me. i would certainly recommend this place

there are a lot of staff, but they look bewildered by the number of orders; one queue for delivery and regular orders, so you have to wait a long time for an order (20-30 minutes each); And the most unpleasant thing is that there are more frequent cases when the staff forgets to put something in. We arrived home yesterday and found that there was no apple pie, but it was too late and we didn't want to go back. Before that, they often forgot to give us ketchup or some kind of sauce that we ordered. There was also a case when a small one was give instead of a medium fries. Very unpleasant situations. Now we will have to check our orders without leaving McDonald's

The service in the Navan store is great and so are the staff !!!! However not mc Donald’s fault but if you get UBER EATS to deliver you will get cold food, melted ice cream and all your drinks spilled all over your food ...best to collect the order !!

Great spot for a burger and a few chips and the chips are rotten and i can still taste them in my mouth and the black burger was alright with a bit of red sauce should've got a big Mac I mean a double big Mac advertising was good and service was alright overall great spot for a few chips overall conditions was a 9/10 would recommend for a family Sunday candle lit special occasion Christmas Day dinner with the family huge variety in the menu something for everyone in the audience (there's always one) allergy information was good may contain nuts and milk and the door handle was a bit dirty and there was too much judgy deliveroo Uber eats people could not eat burger in peace very intimidating (not because of their race) ps. on an unrelated note my jaw is sore should I visit a doctor or my GP which burger was a bit spongy the end

Not a big fan of the self service ordering machines and I much prefer to ask in person at the desk. The order number collection system works well with polite, fast and friendly service. Revamped interior looks good, hadn't been in for a while but noticed the automatic door opener which was great when leaving with a takeout.

Great interior update. Tablets for kids on the table while waiting your order. Hassle less order yourself. Only problem. I had was the manager "forgot" to give us a happy meal that she read out many times before handing us the takeaway bags (not the first time)

Family friendly. New ticket system can be a bit frustrating as it means hanging about the queueing area. Not always sure when you arrive if people have already been served. Food is always of a good standard and kids always enjoy.

Recently the store has been updates and new layout design which is not good at all. Place feels cramped and small as there are less seating areas and not comfortable in some spots. Food is OK like any other Mc D's but the new layout and design is disappointing!

Went in on Tuesday this week around 4 o clock and it would be very hard to beat the service I got even if you went to a 5 course restaurant, there was 2 young lads on, can't remember their names, extremely polite, extremely efficient, extremely knowledgeable about the products, McDonald's lucky to have them.

Side entrance would suit wheelchairs but v limited seating only 4 seats over 2 tables by corridor to toilet. Most of seating is up 2 stairs from order area. You can get to main seating via door on high street. It has 2 wide steps in.

First time in. Dearest I've ever paid for a breakfast roll meal€5.95 When it came it had no hash brown and I asked and was told i didn't order a meal and I said at €5.95 I sure did the server said then that it wasn't on her print out and I said it was on mine .Not what I expected at all considering my friend is a shift manager in one in Dublin .I think the staff need better training it was Friday 28th at 8am

Staff coping very well considering shortage. Joshua is an absolute credit to your business. I'd make him Manager as soon as you can. One minor issue, ordering machines run out of receipt roll regularly.
