M. F. B.During COVID: Place looks nice, lovely on the inside too, but they sit us in a table in the playing room, they shouldn’t even offer this place specially not to couples. Bright white light that makes the room not nice or welcoming to stay for longer after finishing the meal. The table was crooked and had to fix it ourselves, even though we told the waitress. Personnel was busy due to overcrowding in the times we’re living. The food was good, crispy duck was nice and the veg stir fry lovely, even though a little bit too spicy and wasn’t informed of that, on the menu or by the staff. Overall experience not so good.
N. H.Could not fault this restaurant one bit. The food is fantastic and the portions plentiful. Extremely good value for money too. Huge thanks to our server Dee. She went above and beyond and nothing was too much trouble for her at all. We will return.
c. f.My duck salad was so tasty!! I had a taste of the chicken curry too & it was good!! The staff were lovely. They have a great selection of alcohol ( especially gin). The decor is nice & bright. This is a place I would recommend.

C. “. H.We had a very nice lunch here. The loin of pork and the chicken curry. Both were well cooked and tasty. The portions were generous. Not haute cuisine, but good food. Staff are lovely, facilitating and conscious of social distance. All wore visors but nobody stood close to us. Tables well spaced and bathrooms spotlessly clean. Good value at €26 for two meal and tea for two.
Four of us had a meal here before heading home from a very nice trip to Wexford in Aug 2021. This time the food wasn't great. Two had chicken curry which was very not good. The sauce tasted like it came straight from a packet. Ive tasted better curries in works canteens! The vegetarian chow mein was mostly noodles and had no protein at all in it. It lacked any good flavour too. The best meal of the evening was the salmon cutlet which was very good. We did notice a couple of people having duck which really did look nice. We were sorry we hadn't chosen it. With a round of drinks the bill was €73.10. This was a big step down from our previous experience. We won't be rushing back nor will we be recommending it to friends who visit the area.

Parents were very happy with their vegetable stir fry. A dish usually low on our priorities but refreshing here. Great noodles, vegetables and lots of cashew nuts. Yum.
