A. H.The food in here is just yummy. Im back here anytime i can. Its tasty and plenty of it. Something on the menu for all plus if you dowload the JRB'S app there are discounts and freebees all the time. I got small hot wings and small bacon and chees Nachos plus a delicious pint of Coors Light. I was in a group of 7 and we were outside in the newly decorated old smoking area. Lovely and warm prob too hot at times but a nice breeze flowed through. Staff were fantastic and i think Amy was one of our servers. See ye again soon
S.First time being back since the pandemic, food was absolutely sensational, as always. 10/10. Our server, Chloe couldn’t have been more helpful. Gave us all the extra time we needed and also had brilliant product knowledge on both food and drinks. We had intended to head down to a different venue after dinner but once the music started we decided to stay, everyone at our table had a great night. Only reason for knocking a star is because there was a mix up with our bill where one guest ended up paying for another’s item. But it was a very busy night and I’m sure they were all under pressure. We were able to figure out the blunder once we left and sort it out among ourselves, so not an overall issue. Big thank you to the staff for wonderful service.

The Mac and cheese chicken pasta was really delicious and so different and my partner got the bbq rips to start and buffalo chicken burger which he rated 10/10. They execute their service and food offerings so well. Cocktails were so nice too. Will make the trip to newbridge again just for it. The rest of the town needs to pull up their socks in comparison! A.Got the chicken Wings as my main course, also a portion of chips, was served by a nice lady.
Got one napkin with messy chicken Wings, not great, they should have served me with a wet wipe or two.
The chicken Wings were flavoured with a hot sauce, nice but in all fairness, its mild, not hot.
The chicken Wings were tasty, the chips were tasty, the pure orange juice was nice.
Giving 3 stars 🌟 🌟 🌟 because there wasn't enough hot sauce, also no wet wipes.
You must have a covid-19 vaccine to eat indoors here, total discrimination on those who don't have the vaccine, for health reasons, for religious purposes total and utter discrimination.

n. e.Great food, but seriously, during covid or otherwise, the half arsed attempt by the front end manager, at a wipe down of our table, with a cloth he found sitting close by, just is not good enough, down right irresponsible to be honest when there's 4000 new cases pr day !!

Food was class...we had a mix of burgers, chicken wings, potato skins and mac and cheese. Potions were perfect and food was hot and well cooked and presented.....JRB never lets us down.

J. J.Amazing restaurant, super cosy yet modern decor with a lovely atmosphere. Staff are unbelievably sound, really helpful, diligent and obliging, and Owner is such a gent. One of the best places I've ever been to in my life. If you live in the area and haven't tried them yet you should be done for blasphemy, and if you're visiting Ireland we have a rule in which you cannot come to this country and not try JRB's. If you're looking for the best of the best, try their ribs, wings, nachos, House burger, cheesecakes and milkshakes.

I. H.I brought the family out for a meal today for the first time since lockdown began in March, I was scared, nervous and anxious given the times we are in and what we are to expect to come.
When we we entered there were safety signage and sanitizer visible all over the public and private areas, not a single bottle was near empty and everyone was encouraged to use, the waiting team were all wearing PPE and not one of them seemed to be disappointed to be having to which made us feel very comfortable being there.
Having arrived early for our booking we were sure that we were going to have to wait for our table but we were wrong, clearly the system in place is working as the people who were on our table previously were well gone in time for our table to be sanitised and set for us.
We were sat at the table with menus and we were not waiting long to order, not long after ordering our drinks arrived and soon after all our food came to us hot and juicy. The young waitress taking care of us was very polite and professional in her words and actions for the duration of our visit addressing the children of the group aswell as the adults, she had no problem checking if we were enjoying or food ready to rectify any issues that could have arised (there were none) making our experience a pleasurable one.
From start to finish we could not fault a single thing.

N. H.The best tasting soup I have had in a long, long time. Great homemade taste. It was curried carrot and parsnip, blended to a thick, smooth consistency and was served with wheat bread (Irish soda bread) and butter. I was called out unexpectedly and covered the soup with a plate to keep it as warm as possible till I got back. The barman told my husband he'd get me a new one and when I came back he also brought out my drink, which he'd put in the fridge. So thoughtful! Hubby enjoyed his burger, too.

There is a higher seating platform for reservations with an amazing view of the whole venue. I would highly recommend making a reservation just for the view.

m. m.Got the potato skins with bacon and sour cream for starter,, which was gorgeous!!! Would recommend! However, I got the chicken caesar salad for a main and it was soooooo dry it was unedible!! I bearly ate it however the waiter did not charge me for it which was fair as I did not eat it. Everyone else's main was lovely though so nice place but dont get the caesar chicken salad!!!

B.The movie deal is probably the best value for money in Ireland the cinema ticket itself is half the price so you get a 2 course meal for 11 euros. I always recommend it to all my friends.

C. A.Had food here when we were down home, visiting family yesterday. We have eaten here on a number of occasions and food was always fab.
Waiter was lovely, and starters were great (soup of the day).
For mains we both ordered the roast of the day, and it was horrible.
The beef was hard and dry it was like something from a microwave meal, and the veg was raw, it was hardly cooked at all and was covered in oil.
My partner had just proposed earlier in the day and we decided to go out for dinner after to celebrate, we didn't want to kick up a fuss and result in ruining our day, so we paid and left.
Any chef who takes pride in his job wouldn't have served food like we got yesterday.
Quiet surprising and disappointing from judge roy beans to be honest, as their food is normally exceptional.

C.I was told it was expensive by a family member he must have been on another planet of some sort we feed 2 adults and 2 kids for under €65 2 starters 2 mains sausage and chip for one and baby bowl for the other kid. Pint of coke and a bottle of West coast cooler rose and some extras also I.e chips sauce the lot.
Kids meals go free with all adult meals which is a huge bonus for us I will defiantly be back again..
The rack of ribs are out of this world and so are the burgers. FABOULOUS COSY ATMOSPHERE.

E. D.I have been to Judge Roy Beans on many occasions and I have never been disappointed with the food or the service. I love the selection on the menu and they literally cater for every taste. Their sauces in particular are excellent. My own personal preference is their Beef in Penne pasta but my guilty pleasure is the "Ribs & More" Dish. I love the atmosphere and in particular the music that is played over their sound system. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for top quality casual dining, you won't be disappointed - the best restaurant /pub food in its genre I have been to.

It is conveniently located across from the Whitewater shopping centre and there is parking available in the Whitewater multi-storey car park if you can't find it on street. C. H.Pleasant Sunday evening meal with my family. I had the goats cheese tartlet as my main and it was delicious. I was only short of licking the plate. My daughter had the vegetarian nachos, she didn't enjoy. It looked like a real mess on the plate. Very mushy and covered with cheese. Not at all appealing. My husband had the burger which he really enjoyed and my other daughter had chili beef nachos which she also enjoyed. Desserts were scrummy. Belgian waffle and banoffee pie. The plates were cleared after these.
D. M.It's not a pub, it's not a club, it's not a restaurant... So what is it? I dunno, I haven't figured that out, it tries at all of the above, falls short at all, but it's the best place to head in Newbridge. Bring a good crew with you and it should be a good night.

A.Judge Roy Beans is a bar/restaurant that has good food, staff and an overall good atmosphere. JRBs is a good place to go out for a night with friends, a date or even a party. The food is unique and has a decent price for it's quality. I don't find it that filling but the food is still delicious. The bar has a wide range of branded and craft beers. These craft beers are brewed in Ireland. The only thing I don't really like is how long the food takes to cook. Overall, Judge Roy Beans is a brilliant place to go to to get some R&R or have a night out with friends.

Food is good, probably why we come back. We have had some great times here. TBH we'll probably keep going here, just wish the service was a little better.
