Visited midweek lunchtime and I have to say the staff seemed a little bit clueless and tentative. I got the distinct impression they were all still training which may very well have been the case as it was only a few days into the resumption of indoor dining. My order of two heroes, no sides, a tea and a coffee, took longer than I would have thought reasonable but the manager did apologize for the delay. The food was exactly as ordered piping hot and tasted delicious. If they can up their speed game I'll give them the 5th star next time ( and there will be a next time I'm sure).

It has a nice menu and the food is served fresh and quick. I got the chicken tender spice box and it was to die for. It was packed full of flavour and it left me want to go back for more. I got lemonade and it was served in a light bulb, I thought this was a unique idea and it was also delicious! I would definitely go back and recommend it to everybody!

Lovely food, it always tastes really fresh, place seems really clean and you can litreally see how your food is being cooked. Really nice friendly staff

Getting a spice box other than from a Chinese restaurant is risky, but the spice bag in Philliez is unbelievable good. I’ll give it a 9 🙂

Hands down the best takeaway food I've had since moving to Newbridge. Quick delivery and very nice and polite delivery driver. I've ordered twice now and I will for sure keep ordering. Food is very well packaged and tastes delicious. I would definitely recommend you won't be dissapointed!

Was in your store Saturday with my wife was served by a young girl small very helpful with menu and Courtney was her name we ordered the wok to go and chicken tender spice box wok was nice lacking veg not a lot of veg in it but all in all was really nice spice box was very spicy overpowering i went back up to tell the young lady and she was very apologetic and said she speak with chefs which I as i was was walking away I could see her show one of the chefs the spice box I brought back up so. Was back today Monday got spice box again and it was really nice and fresh so just wanted to thank the young lady for taking my complaint and acting on it and not just sweeping it under the carpet

Myself and my mother ate here on monday just gone. This is my first time eating here and the food is absolutly delicious. I had the wok bowl with praws which i loved as i like spicy food and the chef made it just to my liking. My mother had the philli steak the meat is so suculent we really enjoyed it. Its also great prices. Its also a bonus when staff are so friendly and helpful we were served by nadia who was so polite and smiley. I look forward to eating here again.

Was there yesterday 8-1-20Bit mixed of a review to be honest the service was amazing got served by two young ladies think they are sisters very alike. food was amazing we had BBQ hero on white bread and wok with cheesy chips the cheese sauce was a let down really wasn’t nice we went back up spoke to chef and said he look into will be back to try the rest of the menu at some point

Giving 5 starts for the food quality but really need to train staff was served by a small lady today was having my food for takeaway I really don't know what she was doing cause she put the food in the bag took it out put it back in then stood there not saying a word two other staff members came over and were like what's going on she just stared at them. Think this lady is in the wrong job let ur team down today again food was top notch best one yet

You've got to try this place. Fresh chicken and steak cooked right in front of you. Crisp fresh salad and the softest rolls. Delicious and well worth the visit.

Didn't know this place had been opened in whitewater for over two weeks was there yesterday at 6.20 and was served young girl very smiley and chatty i ordered the cheese stake Best one around my wife order the chicken wings hot sauce and our son had the spice box food was fresh hot and very tasty will try the wok the next time as it looks amazing

Wow at last a place in whitewater where you can get a full Irish breakfast very nice food just one small problem dats why I dropped to 4 stats my self and my sister had a full Irish breakfast well not exactly a full Irish was missing orange juice was shocked that tea didn’t come part of the breakfast over all food was lovely spoke with the chefs about the pudding was just a little bit hard other that that it was amazing maybe just take a look at the tea and coffee or orange juice

Well BEST peri peri sauce around only had it by chance on Monday as ye didn't serve breakfast and it was recommended to me by your chef the one who looks like Mac Miller (lol) has a slick beard anyways well done guys top class food also to the smiley girls on the till great experience all round lost a start cause there was no breakfast menu

Hi was waiting for this place for a long time to open and can't say I was disappointed was served by a chef who mad sure I was happy with the food and also enjoyed cooking it was full of chat about shopping and everyday stuff made me feel part of the whole experience pointing out about the new added items on your menu aswell as engaging with my daughter well done to your staff we were served by a blond girl and chef who I seen working in another local restaurant in Newbridge Irish guy think his name is Mac
