Very nice food, but the best part was watching the staff helping and elderly man. He wasn't even at the counter yet as he was very slow moving and they were already taking his order so he could sit sooner. Also when the man was leaving a member of the staff practically ran around the counter and to the door to open it for him. Absolutely wonderful staff!

This evening we had 15 girls from the local gaa club eat in Supermacs. The food was pre-ordered and ready on time and they really looked after us, thanks a million!

Was way better years ago. Curry chip portion size is laughable. Best just avoid it, to avoid disappointment. The snack box is tasty but considering what you get it's not great value for your euro.

Amazing burgers, wish they had something similar to this over in England. The server girl was so nice and helpful, the wholemeal seeded bun and chicken breast tasted so good, can't believe it's a fast food resistant by the quality of the food

Supermacs is Irish and all over Ireland... The food is nicer than a Mc Donald's, but I'm sure just as unhealthy... However its good for a treat, fish & chips is good... Garlic cheese chip is yummy... It's basically Ireland's own brand fast food... Definitely worth a visit for breakfast or fast food dinner

We were just in IRELAND for 14 days and stopped at two Supermacs. Both were a delight great service great fresh tasting food. I would recommend anyone giving them a try

We were several, not so young, British paramedics in Ireland for a stag weekend in February. Which was great by the way. And the weather too was quite warm around the 17th-19th. We were staying in Ballycasey and after lots of booze we got the munchies. So, late on a Sunday night, three of us walked up to Supermac's in Shannon Town centre. Even though they we about to close they did not turn us away. They cooked what we wanted fresh and it was delicious. I have to say, that I would generally say... A burger is a burger wherever you go. But, the burger and chips (fries if you're American) tasted really good and the chips are proper chips. Well done, lads. And thank you for not turning us away and for feeding three hungry medics with fresh burgers and chips!

I love Supermacs. They're hit and miss here unfortunately. They often forget items from large orders and I've ordered through the app multiple times, arrived 20mins later to pick it up and they were not ready with the order.

Yo m8 my expircence was Absolutely artoshas. I order a delicious magnificent blueberry hot ice cream muffin and it took them 35 minutes till I had to remind them. This is serious doinkers. I'm still sitting here without a muffin. Cuuuuuuuuuuuuuuz. Never mind I got my muffin free of charge cuz it took too long

Can't beat a good old Supermacs. Probably the best fast food really. Only thing I can fault is the amount of salt that you put on the chips. Waaay too much.Ye gotta stop that. I'll put my own salt on thanks.

Quick stop before hitting the road again, we stop here and choose a basic burger, but not bad. The hours are convenient, there are places to park, the shopping center nearby, in short, an ordinary fast food restaurant
