A. G.Reception staff were very helpful and friendly. Room very clean and beds very comfortable. Lovely white crisp sheets. Bathroom has plenty of towels and toiletries. Food delicious and bar nice and comfortable. Breakfast freshly cooked and served.
Lovely hotel should have 4 stars. Staff are all so nice and an asset to the hotel.
J. B.Staff very friendly, we arrived an hour and a half early for check in and were very happy to be told our room was ready for check in. Bed very comfortable and bathroom was lovely and clean.
Dinner in the bar was really nice as well as breakfast the next morning. Staff very covid conscious which was very reassuring to see with the cases rising.
Will 100% stay again.
P. b. L. A.Had lunch here just now and I can safely say it was amazing. I got the stake burger and the sherry trifle, and my friend had the beef burger, and Malteser cheesecake. All were really really good. Didn't need any dips or salt for the burger and chips. And the deserts aren't small either. Top job. Good prices aswell. You get what you pay for.
D. C.We stayed for a birthday and the hotel surprised us with a happy birthday plate which was unbelievable.
The room was to the highest standard. One of the most luxurious rooms I have stayed in.
We also had dinner and drinks the customer service was top class. The food was great steak was cooked to perfection. Darragh, Arron and the team really looked after us and where always at hand to see if everything was okay.
Will be coming back for sure and would highly recommend it to anyone.

M. D.Very welcoming, friendly and helpful staff from start to finish. Rooms spotless with beds made up daily and towels replaced. Evening dinner in restaurant with blazing fire. Food was excellent and reasonably priced. Staff couldn't be more helpful. Breakfast in dining room with table service and good choice menu. Plenty smiles from staff from early morning despite their numerous visits in and our if the kitchen. Hotel is wheelchair friendly and there is good parking around the back. Great location for touring West Cork. Only a few kms to Lough Hyne and Traguma. Beware the traffic in the town is a one way system!! You may go round more than once!! Overall I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return there
B.A great hotel, it says it’s a three star hotel but surely the standard is 4 star. The room was spacious and of a high standard. The food was fantastic, definitely recommend the the fish bowl, it was so good. The service was outstanding and we will return here 100%

The Young members of staff here are fantastic and friendly and a credit to the place.
However found the lady behind the bar most unhelpful and unfriendly.
Room was fine ,very comfortable beds.
We had paid for dinner bed and breakfast, and were charged 3.50 for a portion of chips we had with dinner.Our server apologised but I found this charge very unusual and totally unnecessary
On check out nobody asked us how are stay was.
