Have to say.. the best burger I have tasted in Ireland (I have been to Dublin, Cork, Kilkenny, Waterford) and arguably the best damn burger I have ever tasted in my life and unbelievably for that low price range. The sides were spectacular as well. Definitely have to try their smoked stack burger if you ever wish to reward yourself for a good day.

One of the best place to get Burgers in Sligo. The staffs are really helpful and they care about their customers. They are also good with babies. They provided separate baby chairs for my baby. The burgers are delicious. There is a paid parking space nearby. I reccomend this place.

The food is absolutely amazing. The prices are very reasonable, the burgers are €10 each and sides are around €5. The services is okay. Definitely not too quick with sending food out even when it's at half capacity and the server didn't come to check on us at all - we didn't have water for about an hour and nobody checked in that time.

Excellent customer service. Catered to our needs as we only eat halal. Even though they don't serve a halal range, their veg range is worth a try as they offer it as an alternative in all their burgers giving you a wide range of different style burgers to choose from. Patrick special attention to what would best suit our burgers. He even adjusted the sundae to make it smaller. I'd definitely recommend to all!

Great Burger Joint. Also caters for non carnivores. However, service was slow and fries arrived cold. Staff were friendly. We sat in booths at the end of the restaurant and these were very unergonimic and all of our party declared them uncomfortable. Benches too high relative to table and seat too narrow, back very vertical. Very high levels of reverberation as all hard surfaces so very noisy, not a place for a quiet chat. Table near us asked to turn down the music volume. Food very tasty and good value. Fun place but some tweaks needed. Avoid the benches and enjoy!

Absolutely love this place. Every time you’re in Sligo, this is the place to go. They’re very vegetarian friendly as you can ask for any burger in there to have a veggie patty instead of meat, so you’re not restricted to just one option. Saying that, I did try their Herbivore veggie burger and I absolutely loved it.

I have never had a bad or even an average meal in Flip side.. It is always outstanding. Very Friendly and professional staff. Spotless and well mentained premises. It has really good menu that will cater for all tastes (I'm quite a picky eater). I will always advise tourists or friends from out of town to go here if they are looking for a place to eat in Sligo. You can't go wrong.

I was in Flipside with a bunch of friends from work. Had a vegetarian burger which is described on the menu as follows : THE HERBIVORE Black bean and chick pea patty, hummus, shredded gem, tomato, Asian slaw, & beetroot ketchup on a brioche bun. The burger was very tasty and full of interesting flavours. Really enjoyed it! I also had a pilsner and rosemary chips! All very good quality. The staff was very friendly, p polite and professional. Highly recommended this place!

I keep meaning to leave a review. We have treated ourselves to some flip side a good few times. The online ordering is great, pick your day and time, place order and collect. This is the home of epic burgers so we usually book early in the week if we want a Fri or sat collection to avoid disappointment. The quality of the food is unreal, tasty, delicious, excellent value considering the generous portions. Fav burger is the dictator and the gravy and smoked cheese fries are divine. A lot of love goes into the food here and you can taste that in every bite. Keep an eye out for any weekend specials, there is always something tempting to mix things up. Thanks Flip side for keeping us fed during lockdown and looking forward to our next takeout.

Probably the best burgers in this part of the country, and the click and collect service is spot on and so easy to use. It's great to see a business doing well despite a tough year, but if you've tried their dictator burger or garlic and parmesan fries then it isn't much of a surprise! The menu is all good: sticky korean wings, haloumi poppers and loads of tasty stuff to check out. Excellent burgers and milkshakes. The beef burgers were juicy without being overly greasy. Chose potato salad over chips for a change and wasn’t disappointed. Wife had the chicken burger which was a nice piece of filleted chicken breast. Milkshake was just the right thickness and flavourful and it wasn’t overly sweet. The place is big so even if busy you have a good chance of finding a table. The food is impressive. Burgers are huge, juicy and varied. No sweet potato fries but plenty of other options. My favourite thing was the draft ale. They have a special Session IPA that's awesome and other wide selection of bottled beer. Price is around 9 euro for a burger (plus sides I think) so it's reasonable for the location! It'd be good for families or big groups and for kids I think too. Staff is really friendly. Can't say anything about speed cause we were the only ones that day.

This place was recommended to me so i went with my wife and kids to check it out. There is not a lot of seating in this restaurant but we where lucky enough to get a seat. We sat down and before long a waiter came to take our order. Then we waited and waited and waited, if the kids had not been with us we could have had a drink r 2 while we waited as they do serve alcohol. The kids got very bored very fast but then most kids do. We where about to complain when our food arrived, this place serves basically burgers and chips, kids meals, kinda like an american diner so we thought it would be fast. The food was amazing well worth the 25 minute wait. The food didn't look exceptional but it was and i would highly recommend this place to anyone as long as you are not in a hurry and have very calm kids.
