Gorgeous little restaurant beside Excel in Tipperary Lovely food and staff

On arrival I was greeted with a warm welcome and informed that there was not a full Irish breakfast on menu,which was fine by the way. I took my seat and placed my order which I received very promptly,while eating I had the misfortune to spill my coffee on the table and on to my lovely scone aswell as on myself,I proceeded to clean up both the floor and the table along with a member of staff who was very helpful.The issue I have is that I wasn't offered a refill or another scone and I think that this is something that should have been offered.
