really nice staff, was served by one girl with a british accent, she was very nice and polite and speedy with her order, hands down to her. The place is always clean when i go in and there is always a staff member cleaning the tables on the floor. All staff i’ve dealt with currently have been the nicest bunch of people i’ve dealt with. definitely worth the five stars and would recommend them to anyone. great food also 🤙🏻

Myself and my aunts went to Tralee yesterday and went to eat at hillbillies. We were in awe of the young lady who served us. Her name is Erica and we have never seen such a hard worker. Erica was so engaging with every customer and had a constant smile on her face. This young lady would encourage us to come back and eat at this establishment. Top notch, best chicken you can get in Tralee in my opinion, my go to is the 5 tender meal, garlic dip and gravy, good garlic dip (9.70e) is a serious plus and staff are always dead on

As a Southern American, this is not what fried chicken is at all, but if you need a cheap meal with some nice chips - it's alright. Also meal deal with milkshake included is pretty nice.

Hillbillys Tralee has become a favourite of mine in Tralee. You can have a ifive piece chicken tender meal for under a tenner. Tasty sauces, good size chips, proper paper straws (slim, not like the ones in Mc Donalds) comfortable seating and friendly staff.

Today I got new sample of the breast in the bun in a bap and its just melts in your mouth the manager who was so nice asked me for feed back guys I'd highly recommend just unreal so tasty and like homemade and way healthier and I hope they will put this straight on the menu

Hillbilly’s is such a great place to eat. The chicken is the most delicious around. It is very child friendly. We will miss the chicken for the next week while it is closed for renovations.

This is a place with very delicious and juicy chicken, which is due to the unique way of preparation - it is deep-fried in oil under pressure. The flour coating is also unique, it gives a unique flavor to juicy poultry. The place encourages you with special offers on Tuesdays and reduces prices to half. I recommend the taco with fries, very spicy but personally I think it is one of the tastiest in Kerry.
