Dining with a view. On a sunny day definitely sit outside at the picnic benches and take in the view while you eat. Food was grand. There is a car park right beside and it is ideal for stopping off before or after a walk along the beach.

Great meal. Very nice beach. If you come down from the Dingle Way to the beach, you can already enjoy the beautiful view. The food is very tasty and the price is ok. Cut place there is a WLAN which requires some patience.

We were delighted to get back to Sammy's yesterday after a long summer and to find the kids menu had options that any child would be happy with. We were even happier again with the vegan curry which was on point and there was even a vegan dessert. I can honestly say its back on top as our favourite place to go on a day out. Geri

I have eaten in Sammys a few times over the last few weeks. The location on the beach is fantastic. I had the fish and chips and my wife had the red thai curry and she asked them to spice it up. Both dishes were wow! The food is good value and even though it was very busy, we were served quickly....

Brilliant place. The only restaurant in the beach actually but really good. I visited many beaches in my life and you know how the usual beach restaurant is. But this one is the exception to the rule. Great prices, helpful staff and good food!

Absolutely top class food in a stunning location in terms of scenery. This beach restaurant and bar is cosy, traditional, obviously very professionally run and situated right on the beach huge and beautiful beach flanked by mountains on either side. Had one of the best meals I have ever had. The steak was melt in the mouth and the Guinness was one of the best pints I'd had in a long time. If you hit this place on a sunny day it really is heaven on earth. You'd go a long way in the world to find somewhere as beautiful. Visited September 2014

First off... For anyone else like me wondering if they serve alcohol... Yes, there is a bar within the restaurant, serving wines, beers (including Guinness), spirits and cocktails. We had dinner on a Monday evening. Fish and chips, and burger were great. Steak and Guinness pie also good. Piri piri salmon was unfortunately not great however, with no evidence of piri piri, and came on a bed of mash with separate boiled potatoes on the side, so potato overload. Portions all very good. Service was prompt and friendly. Right by the beach, and affiliated with the B&B just round the corner. Stick to the basics, and you'll be fine
