N. M. A.We ordered a mix bucket for take away and I am very pleased with the food. The chicken were freshly cooked and the same with the fries. I'm delighted it wasn't a reheated portion like I had from KFC branch in Galway city centre. Getting into KFC and its parking area was a bit tricky with the busy traffic but it was worth it.
A. J.Lovely staff and food out promptly and fresh. Tamara (name on the receipt, hope it's the right girl!) should get employee of the month. Very polite and helpful. Great service 👍
S. C.My first KFC after some time. It was great to spot this place and pop in for a mega bucket for one. Due to COVID there is a limited menu during my visit but the staff are courteous and helpful. Now where did I put that lemon scented wipe?
D. G.Just went through the drive through and the lovely ladies were so helpful and polite. Gave us plenty of food to go around for hungry kids after a soccer match.

J. J.Not sure whats going on with this place recently, but the wait times for food are crazy. Took 40 minutes to get food at the drive through. Crazy slow. The food was nice, but not worth the wait. Maybe i just hit it at a bad time?
R. a. m.Don't ever remember a bad kfc, service is slower because of covid-19, sometimes staff could do with being a little more happy-go-lucky, but food was brilliant as always, service was good, I wouldn't go anywhere else for fast food, I've given 4**** stars mostly because of covid-19 not because of poor service, enjoy everyone, you really shouldn't be disappointed.
R. D.KFC Galway is nothing short of a Kentucky Fried redemption arc; even if it hasn’t been fully realised yet.
Any one could tell you that this was the worst place to eat in all of Galway two years ago. When the food wasn’t dry or indigestible; it took maybe twenty minutes for even the simplest of orders. I recall a time the queue was so bad at the register; it took twenty minutes just to take your order (give or take another half hour for some actual chicken).
However; it is with a happy heart that I say they have finally gotten their act together. Maybe it was the new COVID regulations; maybe new management or maybe the Lord himself Colonel Sanders wept his last tear over the desolate establishment. But the last two times I’ve been there; the food was not only punctual; but did not give me food poisoning. Okay; it’s still nothing to write home about (and it probably never will be), but in terms of an actual clucking KFC establishment; Galway finally has it’s deep-fried vengeance.
G.Like it. But prefer if they brought back the vegan burger as it’s nice to have an option other than mashed potato when going to kfc with friends

K. M.Good chicken, friendly staff with decent opening hours. Can be hit or miss regarding fresh chips depending on the time of day but it’s generally pretty good especially if you go around lunch time. Drive through available. Open late if you need to grab something after work.
A. M.Lots of parking. Big place spread out in two floors. There is toilet and drive through facility also. Only one reason i gave 4 stars because staff didnt seem very engaging. They did not engage well and looked like didnt care. They dud ask me if i want to get a large drink in a way that was very unappealing. I would say a but of smile on staffs face is very important when dealing with customers face to face.

L. J.If you craving for some Kentucky chicken it is ok, nothing special. Food tends to be bit dry, service could be better. Staff rarely greets you with smile, you see them preparing your meals in rather sluggish pace, both counter and drive thru.

You can't found calm and comfortable place on Sunday evening. Upstairs is closed after 8 pm, ground floor is very crowded.

D. P.Amazing Staff and Company... I had gone in for a meal while traveling and the POS failed to work... The management took responsibility, apologized and gave me the meal at €1.50 (whatever change I had).
