Nice warm welcome. The menu here is amazing and we found it difficult to choose but we decided on calamari to start which were cooked perfectly, more mayo next time please. We had the salmon special and the prawns for mains and again expertly cooked accompanied by very nice sauté potatoes. We both had the cheesecake for dessert and it was the nicest I have had in a while. Staff were very attentive and always had something nice to say. Azzurro is a little pricey but has a great buzz and the food makes it really worth it. We will most definitely be back.

Had a pizza which was very good. The girl serving us was very pleasant. We were in the small outside area. The heater kept going off and the lights were dimmed and a customer had to get up a number of times to turn switch back on. There was an issue with the card machines. Would go back again but maybe to the larger outdoor area.

Service Good I had 2 Starters as I was not Very Hungry Bruschetta with Goat Cheese which was Delicious. Calamari was very Disappointing as it is the Town where Seafood is Renoned for its Freshness. Now it was very Fresh but at €10.90 a potion I would have to say it was not Cooked the Best... Breadcrumbs stayed in the Bowl and not on the Calamari. I would think it would be better in a Tempura Batter now that ie only my opinion.

Went there 3 days ago, impressed they have a vegetarian and vegan menu, sadly not advertised on their website or social media, or we would have gone there sooner!! Lovely staff really switched on, really good with the kids, excellent menu the best we've seen in Dunmore East, fresh tasty food. Pricey for Italian I have to say, the town is a pricey spot.

Had the pleasure of having lunch there today We were a table if 3 The girl who served us was friendly and extremely helpful ( long dark haired girl) We had a issue sitting under the cover it was an extremely warm day and she opened the cover slightly for us and kept checking that we were fine or if there was anything else that she could do I personally believe she went out of her way Food is expensive but I personally believe it was worth it Will certainly be back 👍

An amazing experience in the heart of dunmore east. A minutes walk from the bus stop and hidden ladies cove beach . Outdoor and indoor dining. Setting is perfect overlooking the colourful horizon and beautiful town that is Dunmore east. Staff are pleasant and try hard to make you have the best experience possible. Menu had a selection for every pallette. The food matched the price and it was excellent. The interior and design fits in well wit the scenery. I struggle to find a fault , even the bathrooms matched the sea town theme. I defo will be back had a great visit

Finally made it to Azzurro's after moving to Wexford 3 years ago, the wait was worth it! Had one of the best pizzas in the country (no exaggeration) and a delicious Salmon special. Our waitress was very helpful and friendly (didn't ask her name but she wears glasses). 5 stars. We will be back again, and again.

Before we decided where we were going to eat my girlfriend's little boy who has autism needed the toilet so my girlfriend asked if it was ok and the girl said no problem with a smile. We sat upstairs which is a lot nicer than downstairs near the bar. Staff and food were pretty good, 4 star based on that. But what is the story with putting a cheaper price on everything on the menu and then adding on the extra tax when you get the bill? VAT was increased last year. Every other restaurant either put up the price or absorbed the cost. This place did neither. They pass the cost on to the customer and leave the wrong price on the menu. Stupid and annoying. Just put the real price on the menu.

Very pricey for 2 pizzas chips and garlic bread we paid nearly 40 euro pizza was barely cut through, chips were undercooked and obviously cooked with fish in batter as we got pieces of batter in with the chips. Garlic aioli is not included with ur pizza. Overpriced!

They have a vegetarian menu! And it’s awesome. Do try the chili bruchetta. We had to drive a long way to eat here and the drive was absolutely worth it. The ambiance is very nice. There is a pub downstairs to watch the game. Reservation is highly recommended.

If you are in Dunmore East, the Azzurro is a "must visit". The atmosphere is lovely and the restaurant is quirkily decorated. The food is excellent and the vegetarian menu (mentioned on the main menu) is probably the best vegetarian mine I have seen in a "mainstream" restaurant, but I am surprised that it is not incorporated into the main menu, rather than hidden. The wine list is good, the option of an organic wine by the glass is fabulous. The staff are pleasant, efficient and unobtrusive. We will be back 😀

Super Italian in a quaint little fishing village...Everytime we come from Dublin to Dunmore East, Azzurro is our first stop. It has wonderful warm fires in the winter with a warm atmosphere to match. Pizzas and pastas are great here. Looking forward to our return.

I absolutely adore this place! The first time I was here, I was served the best pasta dish I've eaten in my entire life. I've been back since and the food is always outstanding. High-quality, fresh, and well made. It isn't just the food that is amazing here though, the staff are just wonderful, too. Since moving to Ireland, something I have had a hard time adjusting to is that wait staff always seem somewhere between disinterested and outright rude, but the wait staff at Azzurro remind me of restaurants in Canada (that is, pleased to see you and enjoying their job). I'd give the food and the staff 6 stars if I could. :)

Dropped in during the Dunmore east food festival . As usual wonderful greeting for my wife and I together with our dog and escorted to a table outside with sea views . My wife ordered her usual pizza which has fresh prawns and numerous other goodies but the Pizza of the century was the Brocoletti with garlic and olive oil on the base topped with smoked bacon , chicken and Gorgonzola Cheese on a thin crispy base (my mouth is watering as I write this review ) . To say this was amazing would be an understatement as it was a work of art :-) I’ve eaten Pizzas from stone ovens in the Mountains in Italy but nothing compares to this . Azurro were serving food on a stall at the food festival aswell but this didn’t leave them short on staff or quality of service in the restaurant which as always was top class . They offer a fabulous seafood selection on their menu aswell as some fantastic pastas and daily specials . Their wine menu is to die for aswell . If you are staying anywhere in County Waterford on holiday or fancy a short trip from the City this is a restaurant to add to your bucket list . The restaurant is run by two brothers so you are always guaranteed hands on service . 10/10 every time .

Food was fabulous but service was terrible - likely because they were busy....But when you are busy you can still check in on a table even for five seconds..... I had my four year old on the only toilet.....no toilet paper and wasn’t forthcoming when I asked. You let your chefs down today guys.
