A small restaurant lit with fairy lights and candles coupled with slow relaxing ambient music. Though a small venue the tables are spaced out quite well so you are not on top of the other guests. The decor makes you feel like you are in a mountain village in Spain. The service staff were very attentive, proactive and thoughtful. They engage really well with guests. The food was fantastic, comes piping hot, the pork belly melts in your mouth and the chicken was extremely tender and moist, everything was well seasoned and tasty. It’s a great spot for a special occasion dinner in Waterford

Delicious food and great service. We've ordered the charcuterie & cheese board for starter, which was really nice, especially the bread! For the main, I had a pork belly which was cooked beautifully and had a lovely crackling. The service was so fast that we were in and out in 30min. Highly recommend it.

Food was absolutely delicious, really couldn't fault it. Menu could be a little more adventurous in relation to vegetarian options. The atmosphere in the room is not great due to the noise. Service was not what was expected - slow and got charged for tea/coffee which we never received. Undecided if I would visit again.

Such a warm and cosy atmosphere the minute you walk in. Lovely friendly staff, approaching us straight away. We were in time for the early bird menu which is a starter and a main for €23. I had the St Tolas Goats Cheese Starter which was lovely and then the prawn linguine which has to be the best I've ever had! A big portion and so filling. They also make great cocktails and have an extensive wine menu. Will definitely be going again.

A fine cuisine place that has character. However it might be a bit overrated as the choice of foods is limited, with a lack of veggie options. While the starter is filling, the deserts are exploding. The balance needs to be made and more consistency between portion sizes are needed. The price of food is a bit much, but being in a tourist place in Ireland, one has to expect that. At least the food tasted fresh, rather than long life shelf produce.

We were visiting Tramore and decided to stop in Waterford for food. Botega&Burzza was our choice and we absolutely loved it! I recommend Prawn Tagiatelli and it was delicious, a lot of prawns and perfect tomato sauce. Busy spot, long line to get in and it's absolutely worth the wait!

Treated my bestfriend here for her birthday, atmosphere and decor was amazing! Staff were super bubbly and sweet, easy to approach! Very kind! Service was fast! Food was great! Great variety and selection of all sorts of food you may fancy! Amazing wine selection. Everything is very affordable. Good social distancing measures are being followed too and the place is very clean! I highly recommend eating here, it was a fantastic experience! 10/10

The big buzz for me about Bodega is the decor. Plus they are the only restaurant in Ireland I have come across that knows how an Americano is actually made. A really interesting menu with good food though a little on the pricey side.

Our starter's were wonderful and main courses looked amazing. The little we ate of them was lovely but unfortunately they didn't bring one of our main courses and to cut a long story short it was not dealt with very well by the manager, he was not very nice. We left without dessert or coffee, they did not charge us for the wine. ..but the night was ruined. It was so sad as we had been really looking forward to it having driven down from Wicklow. Ah well probably won't be going back.

I really enjoyed my food it was reasonable in price. The drinks were great. This can be a hit and miss venue sometimes, sometimes the food isn't always as good. People at my table had a real issue witj the service it was slow and we were waiting a little to order/for help sometimes but to be fair the restaurant was very busy. The staff were very nice.

This place needs to be 30% bigger. The tables, the bathroom, the gap between tables, the space at your feet, etc. It's kinda funny. But the food is 30% better than most restaurants and is really exceptional. The chef clearly has a remarkable talent for combining flavours, so the dishes are surprising and very tasty. The atmosphere is cosy with good lighting and colours and the staff are friendly and efficient. One of the waitresses has an amazing hoop too. Very highly recommended.

An excellent restaurant, in a very convenient location. The local is very warm, in classic style. Waiters are extremely professional and very kind, with particular attention to the clients. Food is excellent, offering a variety of "classical" dishes and revisitation of common foods, in a very interesting mix of old and new. Pricing is very good, not too expensive and very proportionate to what you can get. Strongly suggest the restaurant if you happen to be in Waterford. I'll be back to Bodega next time I'll be in Waterford.

Went here with my 2 kids to have lunch with a friend and her 6 month old baby, the staff were super friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. The menu was extensive and delicious, they even have complimentary baby bowls with mash potatoes, veg and gravy which my little boy loved! Would definitely recommend this place if you are in Waterford. Will visit again 🙂

Food was fantastic. Had the venison - was melt in the mouth. Food portions were perfect. One of the best kids menus I've ever seen - none of the sausage, beans and mash that other places serve - an adult would have been happy with their menu too. How many kids menus have you seen where pork belly was an option! And for 7 euro it was great value. Had the metalman pale ale that they brew in the place - citrusy and very pleasant. All round probably one of the best restaurant meals I've had in quite a while. P.S. And the service was great too.

Absolutely divine restaurant in Waterford. On the door, the “from the farm to the fork” clearly announces the color: local meats, fish, vegetables and cheeses, local beers. The dishes are delicious and beautifully prepared: very fine and refined. Very good cuisine that I highly recommend! And to make matters worse, the waitresses are very friendly and smiling.
