We have few favourite places to dínne in Tramore and Brooklyn is one of them. It's casual with lovely atmosphere. The staff are friendly and helpful. The food is good too. 😊. This time, I've tried tempura prawns and monkfish. It was tasty,... I just thought it wasn't a tempura batter. But, this won't stop me from dinning here again.

The vegan cheese was for sure out of date. I love pizza and I'm a kind of person who eat a whole pizza 😅 But that one I couldn't. And could have more vegan options. The staff were so kind and respectful though.

Really good pizzas and a nice buzz about the place. Friendly and helpful staff. Only minor gripe was that the music was very load at our table, the speaker was right above us but it didn't stop us scoffing the lovely food.

After 17 months of no hospitality sector, a friend and I went to one of our favourite spots to eat. Yes, i went off plan (SW) but i enjoyed every mouthful. I cannot recommend this gem of restaurant highly enough. Not only are they gluten/vegetarian friendly, the staff are super welcoming and efficient; even in the middle of the extra demands that operating in a pandemic entails, the staff remained calm and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Hygiene was on point, portion sizes generous with top quality ingredients cooked to a very high standard. And the added bonus they are dog friendly.

Wow what an amazing restaurant and amazing food. Staff were excellent very young but very professional. 5 adults and one dog were very happy after a lovely meal yesterday. Our dog was even brought out water from a member of staff which I really appreciate. Will definitely be back.

Nice food with amazing service. All the food is classy. We had late lunch with a shared platter, fried chicken in white sauce and fish. No disappointment at all. It's better if you could make a reservation earlier as this place is quite busy. Highly recommend this place for those who are looking for good food near Tramore. BTW some dishes are bit expensive.

Brooklyn will always get a 5 star from me. Good food - including veggie and gluten free - in the restaurant, fantastic coffee in the hut, and great service all round. Great spot on a nice day, to grab a coffee and watch the sea.

Turned up for outside dining, which couldn't be booked, but managed to get a table in a covered heated outdoor area. Food was fabulous, service was a bit patchy but to be fair this can be expected as the tables have doubled (indoor and outdoor) and they were shirt staffed suw to an incident in the bar. Staff were very friendly and apologetic for any delays. Would definitely recommend and try again.

Had our first meal out since lockdown. Bit nervous but need not have been. Our covid certs were scanned we were seated at a lovely table overlooking bay. Staff were very attentive and very pleasant. Our starter arrived very shortly after. Little bit of a delay with main course. We both enjoyed our meals and throughly enjoyed our evening out.

Have collected takeout from Brooklyn Restaurant for the last 2 days since arriving for a stay over in Waterford. Kids loved their pizza's & goujons & we loved the pizza also, mine was gluten free & very enjoyable plus spaghetti Bol & gluten free carbonara available too! I was so relieved & happy to see such a range of gluten free dishes for me & Very tasty too. Staff were very friendly & helpful & food ready on time. Overall 10/10. Gluten free heaven! The majority of the expansive menu is either gluten free or can be made gluten free. 2 amazing desserts available to me! Great kids menu too and all gluten free. Great staff, great location. 100% worth a visit - or 2! As an aside, was busy both evenings I visited. Booking ahead advisable if there are more than 2 in your group.

Had a family day out and we decided to go to Brooklyn for some yummy food. We had 3young kids and my elderly nanny with me and Dylan who works in Brooklyn was so accommodating and so helpful so try make it more comfortable for the kids and my nanny. Mask etiquette very poor. constant touching of masks and pulling mask away from nose and mouth in order to talk greatly increases the risk of an infected staff member getting virus on their hands. You need to work on this! Lovely coffee though

We have been here several times while in Tramore over the years. Always been busy. Social distancing gave us more space which is a plus when seating 6. All wore masks and were sanitising regularly. The atmosphere was friendly and all the staff looked happy. Dylan was our Waiter. He was great with the kids, showing patience, kindness and professionalism. He was very well informed with the menu and wine and flexible with adjusting main courses to suit. The food was delicious and we didnt feel rushed.

I would give them a five star if we didn't have to wait so long to order our very tasty and big meal. I highly recommend this place, but don't go too hungry since you'll be waiting to order. Had a pizza in my case, and fish and chips for herself. The pizza marinara was a bit bland, with lovely prawns, fish and a few calamari rings. A bit on the sparse side! The chilli oil supplied did not add much to the mix. Fish and chips on the other hand were tasty and plentiful. Staff was friendly, even putting up with my bad rapartee. Was more than just ok but would've preferred a bit more flavour in my pizza.

I love love love Brooklyn.The food is sooo good here and the menu is diverse.It caters for everyone and has something special going on at times.If ypu have a special diet that you need to follow the staff at Brooklyn will do their best and have done to cater for you,nothing is too much trouble.Speaking of staff ,the guys abd girls that wait on you here are amazing,especially Michael who gies above and beyond the call of service for his table.He is.so funny but professional at all times.I think in a restaurant its a skill to have the ability for banter with your client and Michael has this down to a fine art.As someone who loves food and.eating out I can reccomend Brooklyn without hesitation.Be.aware though that it is advidable to book beforehand.,especially on the weekends .

Although the food was good, I would have to give a poor rating for service. The lack of accountability means, no specific person was responsible for our table. Forgotten drink orders -twice. Food not brought out- had to remind people that parts of our orders were missing. No table check after service. No recognition to my group that there had been a problem. Having visited Brooklyn, more than once, this is a consistent problem. Not a direct fault of the floor staff but, a direct result of the lack of leadership. Plenty of staff, and no one in charge. A frustrating experience.
