Appetizing and delicious food!! We went for 3 course dinner. For main course, I tried wild venison for the first time which was perfectly cooked. Highly satisfied. Perfect dinner experience.Kudos to the chef!!

You can tell a lot about a restaurant by its menu. So many places today have the same generic dishes...not here. Everetts menu is different...its enticing..it draws you in..it makes you want to try something different...its shows a chef who has flair and talent. The food here is truly scrumptious..each course mouth watering...right down to the desert which was a masterpiece of deliciousness. The staff are bubbly and friendly and caring...ensuring your every need is catered for. The clientele are a mix of young and old. The restaurant is very covid compliant...our covid certs were scanned and checked before entry...and tables are separated by dividers...there is outdoor dining available too. Truly the best restaurant in Waterford...

Everetts is a great restaurant. I have visited 3 times recently and it has genuinely impressed each time. On two occasions, i visited at 5:30 during the week and on the 3rd occasion, during a much busier 7:30pm saturday night. The staff were very welcoming and ever so helpful. They have much more time to interact during the quieter 5:30 slots and there was just the right amount of interaction. The food...it was excellent. We both had the crab as our starter and it was absolutely delicious. Main courses were fillet of trout and the beef. They were fabulous. The deserts were very good also. We both agreed that we would return again and each time we did, we enjoyed the experience of really good food, a nice atmosphere and really nice staff.. Well done & thank you

(best Irish queens potatoes ever!!!!) From the moment we stepped inside the door, we were greeted with open arms from the front of house. We got to sit downstairs which was the old townhouse which was laid out perfectly due to the covid guidelines. Fresh bread and butter on our table to start which was delicious. The quality of the food from start to finish was unbelievably tasty, flavorsome and wholesome. All staff were super friendly and knowledgeable about the cuisine that was being served. Could not fault our time here, I hope to come back to bring friends and family.

Dined here Saturday night 27th Nov. Lovely cosy setting downstairs. Food fantastic. We both had different dishes and I can honestly say it’s some of the nicest food we have had. The service was great. To sum up, a lovely relaxed restaurant serving high end food at very reasonable prices. Totally COVID compliant. Ponder no more and make that booking! We will certainly be returning. Thanks for a great meal Everett’s 👏👏

My leak had a knot in it.. I'm not sure why but it made me smile. Knots aside the food was brilliant we both enjoyed everything that was served. Service was excellent as well, staff were helpful, knowledgeable and happy to talk about where the food was sourced from. I ordered my food gluten free which was checked with the kitchen and altered to accommodate the request. Not cheep, but good value.

Good safe welcoming venue, good menue, helpful staff. Especiall the wine waiter, he knew his french wines and helped match the wine with the dishes we choose. The scallops starter was as good as I have been served anywhere.

Fantastic restaurant. High end food but competitive prices. I had scallops which were cooked perfectly, lamb which was so tender and tasty, the bread at the start was beautiful, and a fabulous salted caramel desert. Every dish to the table of 8 looked excellent, ingredients fresh and good quality. Highly recommend this place for good food. Only fault, when finished each course it took a while to clear plates despite having plenty of staff. If that's a feature not to rush people then fair enough.

Incredible food, service and setting! This is probably the best meal I've ever had in Waterford. Everything was really special with great attention to detail. We were greeted warmly by the hostess and the service was perfect all night. I had the crab starter that was creamy, delicate and fresh, and perfectly balanced with the bright gazpacho, with the cucumber really jumping out. The chicken main was moist and perfectly cooked, with a wonderful mushroom sauce, and local veg. And the dessert was the perfect size, with an incredibly light elderflower sorbet, that really stood out. Portion sizes were great. We were all not left wanting more but equally not overly full. Wonderful atmosphere. Professional, and refined, yet still very relaxed, and lively. Highly recommended!

I’ve never written a review before but I felt Everett’s warranted one. Service was unobtrusive but friendly. The food was simply delicious - the scallop starter sublime! Brown and white bread both homemade, both really good, especially the white - never tasted bread like it! Interesting wine list - interesting in a good way. If I must mention the Covid word here - Everett’s have everything in place to make dining out feel safe and comfortable and normal.

Our young Male waiter was wonderful, forgot to take his name. Starters were good, my cod main was beautiful. Two people ordered the braised feather blade that came with uncooked mash. The beef was very good and so was the mushroom puree.

Excellent food and quite a discovery. We came from Germany on a brief Waterford visit and certainly did not expect such an outstanding restaurant. The lamb shoulder was tender and juicy, the cod perfectly fresh. Every dish on the Menü was excellent. The bread is amazing. The bread alone is a reason for a visit. The presentation of the dishes can compete with any high–end big-city restaurant. This restaurant is definitely worthwhile a detour to Waterford to enjoy some great food.

I went here after being told it was the best restaurant in town, to be honest I was disappointed, especially after reading about how the chef had worked in chapter one and Waterford castle which are both top class. There is not a great selection on the menu, I got scallops for starter with the beef main course and the blood orange tart for dessert. My starter was very good but my partners scallops seemed a little undercooked

I was invited to this new restaurant. A specific table was requested. We arrived the table was not available. We were envited to take a seat at the bar. No-one took our coats they were too busy and appeared disorganised. Eventually we were shown to a table in a sort of recess bu the window. The other table there was pushed up against the wall, the chairs taken away. I mentioned to the waiter that there might be a bit of atmosphere had the empty table be set up as it looked awful as it was. No problem with the food it was of a good standard. A limited three course for E40 plus 5 for the beef which was delicious. This was not a relaxing evening.
