Had one of the best vegan meals ever here! There were so many options it was hard to pick but everything we tried was exceptional. The cauliflower wings were particularly good. Staff were so friendly and accommodating. Already looking forward to coming back to Waterford to eat here again!

Popped in on a quiet Wednesday lunchtime at 13.30. Having been in Ireland for 10 days without experiencing Irish fish and chips (and now on the way back to the ferry), we decided to forgo the other great looking dishes and try the fish of the day in tempura batter. I'm not a fan of greasy fat-laden batter, and the tempura batter in Momo was perfect for me - light and crispy, with a tasty salad and delicious chips. There was a regular stream of customers whilst we ate, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

I've eaten here a lot in normal non covid times but the team opened up for tske away and they have saved us on Sundays when we are sick of cooking. Food is amazing and the service is super quick. I love Momo food and highly recommend it. Cannot wait to dine indoors again. This is one of their starters, fish cakes, yum.

If you go to Waterford, you have got to go here!! Got my dates mixed up and we arrived at Momos on Saturday instead of Sunday night. They were so nice about it and gave us a table anyway which we really appreciated as it was a busy Saturday evening. What a fabulous meal we had, so much so that we kept the Sunday booking and came back again! Still thinking about those cauliflower wing, amazing. Lots of choice for vegetarian/vegan. I really, really enjoyed dinner here. One of the best meals I've had this year. I had the seafood yellow Thai Curry, it was an incredible mixture of local seafood incl shellfish and Thai cuisine. 10/10. I also had the vegan Mess for dessert and it did not disappoint. My dining companion had the chicken supreme and the chocolate fondue. Again, absolutely top quality.

I've been in many good restaurants including worldwide Michelin starred ones. Momo's gave me the best all round experience, the staff were great but not too stuffy, the atmosphere was perfect and the food and wine were to die for. Book a table in advance so you are not disappointed.

I recently had dinner with my vegan daughters at Momo. It was fabulous! It was so nice as a non-vegan to have multiple choice for all of us…as opposed to a basic bean burger as a token vegan option. Excellent experience!! has one of those menus where you would be happy to order everything. Their cauliflower wings are nicer than 99% of the chicken wings I have eaten and the staff are really friendly and chilled. Will definitely be returning as its my new favorite restaurant in Waterford.

Lovely relaxed atmosphere, extraordinary and family friendly staff plus delicious food - I hope this restaurant is a great success as it deserve it. The food was simply divine. Unlike my husband I am not a steak person, so I've only tried a piece (he always tries to convince me), but must say it was delicious! I think it was the best one I've tried in Ireland, and we do travel quite a lot. My salad with roasted beef and baked sweet potato was also fab and more fulfilling then I expected, the only thing was a bit to much (very tasty) olive oil. And then the staff. The waiter not only went to the kitchen to ask if my hubby could have a steak from the dinner menu before 13 pm but also took wonderful care of my son, bringing him multiply colouring cards and even letting him put his finished art on the side of the counter. It was absolutely fantastic overall experience and we are definitely going back.

Booked tonight, but table was not ready immediately. Not a problem. We were immediately seated in the waiting area with a drink. I have never been so pleased to wait, especially with free drinks and being treated so well. They have an eclectic menu, short but packed with tasty choices. There was an emphasis on vegan options, but the partner and I opted for the meaty platter for starters and fish mains. I found the former a bit sparse. They had our mains in front of us in short order, my terrine and her hake, both tasty and filling with cous cous for me and a helping of patatas bravas, which quickly took care of the little shortfall. Taste extravaganzas all! Finishing with coffees and desserts, we were ready for home - and surprised that we'd not been charged for those drinks - and feeling as if we'd visited family friends!

Momo's was absolutely amazing. My husband was a former Chef. He's a Master High Priest, and after Temple Services that day we went into Momo's with trepidation... We were relieved that we did go in. We Both had the fish of the day. We'll prepared. Fresh. Our starter was a mussel dish that was wow. And the dessert?!? I won't ruin the surprise, but just ask for the green one. It was amazing!! Tasted nothing like it. We're planning on kidnapping their Chef and probably all the staff because the atmosphere was out of this world and the front of house staff were both catering and fun to chat with. This by far is the most outstanding restaurant in all of Ireland and we've been here now, 13 years. Great Job, MOMO'S. WE WANT MO! WE WANT MO!

Excellent ambience and staff. Extremely friendly but discreet. Had antipasti platter to start. Absolutely beautiful. Pickled mushrooms were a delight. Just enough on platter to teases the tastebuds. Striplloin steak with gorgeous buttery mash and perfect seasonal vegetables. My wife had the chicken thai curry and again a beautiful subtle flavour. Keep up the great work. Definitely recommend and can't wait to revisit.

This is ways such a relaxing and enjoyable place to eat. The place is well laid out and full of character. There's always plenty of room, even pre Covid, but now you will feel completely at your ease while you get down to the real reason you're there. The food. A delicious menu that caters for every taste, even ones you didn't realise you had. The food is second to none in Waterford so do yourself and your taste buds a favour, make a reservation and enjoy Momo as much as we did.

Went to Momo for lunch on a busy Saturday...staff super friendly and helpful.. All covid guidelines were being followed and lots of hand sanis at all tables As for the food ....faultless!! Lots of vegan options and the tamarind cauliflower wings were top class- well worth the long round trip!! Buttermilk chicken burger was crspy and moist, lovely salads and dressings and nice to see a choice of organic wines. We will be back for dinner some night...thank you Momo!!

Excellent food and service. The highlights? QR codes to read the menu on our mobile phones and the hygiene measures around the area aside from the great service. We booked our table for four people at 8pm. At our arrival the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Since we arrived a bit earlier than the time we'd booked, our table was not ready so they asked us to wait in a designated space, only a few minutes after, Camila (I would imagine the manager) directed as to the table. We had some food of the main menu and also from the specials which didn't disappointed us. The seafood croquettes from the starters were excellent and the Seabass as the main meal exquisite. I specially enjoyed the coliflower pure it was accompanied with. We were served by three different waiters (two girls and a boy), they were very nice and attentive constantly present in the area, Camila checked on our table a couple of times as well. All-in-all, a great night, thank you all!

I have to say, it's really nice, casual place to dínne. Very friendly and helpful staff, made Birthday girl feel very special. I loved my yellow seafood curry. It had just right amount of spice and nice mixture of seafood. If you like spicy, linguine is very nice too. Few of my friends thought it was a little bit too spicy. Deserts presentation was really pretty. I tryed pána cotta - very light dessert, but would have liked it a little bit sweeter. I would definitely recommend it.

So rare to find a restaurant that really satisfied a vegetarian and a meat eater. It was wonderful to see my vegetarian wife "tear up" over how good the sticky cauliflower was. My ribs were superb as were both our starters. Isn't it rare to eat out without having to add extra salt and pepper, perfectly seasoned food. Staff were great and well informed about the menu. We passed by a sign for Momo walking through Waterford and so glad we stopped for lunch! It is such a cute and cozy well decorated space. The staff and service were attentive and friendly. The food was amazing! Between our family we each got the early bird special as it's available all day Sunday. We got steaks, slow cooked ribs, and herb butter chicken, falafel, Cesar salad, brownie a la mode with berries and eton mess. Everything was phenomenal. On the wall were accolades and well deserved awards. The total was extremely reasonable, even after the upcharge for steak and ribs, the bill for 4 was €100 and we were so full. Highly recommend.

The best thing in this place is the excellent food. The restaurant is pretty small so reservation in advance is recommended. The menu consists of few daily specials and of a list of more choises of a wide range of fish, meet and others. The food was exceptionally good e.g. ribs were perfectly done. Although the list of beverages was limited, it was easy to find good choises. The personnel was friendly and active, which made the selection of cources easy. The service was quick and prices fair, which also had a contribution to a very plesant experience.

Had an incredible meal, everything was perfect from start to finish. Started out with mussels appetizer which was filled with complex flavors and very fresh. There is a lovely warm welcome as soon as you enter. All tastes are catered for here from meat eaters to vegans. The food is fresh well prepared very tasty and beautifully presented. Amazing! One of the best places to eat in Ireland! Plenty of vegan and vegetarian options and everything tastes fresh and delicious! Excellent service as well, the waitresses were smiling and helpful. They even gave us a high chair and toys for my baby. In the bathroom they have a changing table for babies, which turned out very useful since we were travelling by car and had to refresh the baby.

The menu is eclectic, atmosphere warm and inviting. The owner is warm, friendly and very thoughtful of her guests needs. She serves locally sourced food and drink. I love it because it is not typical Irish fare. It's Irish home grown ingredients , made with an international flare! I had the fish "tacos" and enjoyed every bite. I split a brownie dessert with my husband, and we were both stuffed! I can't wait to go back. It's the best restaurant in the Tramore/ Waterford city area!!

The food was faultless - star dishes were the slow cooked beef ribs and monkfish linguine. Service was efficient until we asked for the bill, which took >15 minutes... A really nice restaurant with a varied menu. I had a Moroccan chicken dish with included wraps and cous cous. The dish was beautifully seasoned and I really enjoyed it. I also had a tomato based seafood chowder which was very different from the traditional style , white creamy ones you might be used to.

My dad and I went to this place on a recommendation from our Airbnb host. We both got the soup of the day and a roasted zucchini sandwich. They were even able to modify it so it was vegan. While we were waiting for our food they brought us the salads of our day, which one of the owners (the wife) made that morning. They were homemade and delicious!!! The other owner (the husband) served us our food and took the time to talk to us and tell us about the city and what to do. Besides the delicious food, he was the reason we came back for dinner. This time the wife served us and was just as nice! We got the sharing board special which included a ton of food and agin they were able to modify it to our vegan diet. We were the last ones in the restaurant but were by no means rushed. She even took the time to tell us where we should go for a place to drink with music! If I were to ever find myself in Waterford again I would definitely stop by Momo’s.
