They not only look after you in relation to the menu, but they actually spend time getting to know their clientele. I feel as if I know Michelle, Guy and Ciara all my life. Special mention has to go to the chef of Pa Pa Thai. He is a genius in the kitchen. This is a must go to eaterie in the heart ♥ of Waterford.The added bonus to this restaurant is that the three shippes bar is literally just across the road and for an overnight stay in the city the Marina Hotel is a stroll away.
