The young assistant manager Jason was very helpful he was so polite and he made our visit to supermacs very enjoyable due to his excellent customer service skills I’ll be coming back and telling friends that this supermacs is on the way back up. We had the food very quickly and it was lovely.

Best taco chips anywhere. Unfortunately the queuing times can be long, waited 10 minutes at lunchtime. Could do with reopening completely and have more staff serving.

When you have a system that works and you consistently work to make it one of the best you'll always achieve the highest level of service and quality. For me that's Supermac's!!!! Hot fresh food, which is not too common for many fast food outlets. Clean and well kept. Staff pleasant and courteous. I felt that is was a little more expensive than the "American" fast food restaurants. I had chicken tenders)?) 🤔. They were fresh not lost in hard thick batter. It was just perfect. I had to pay extra for the dip though. The Milk Shake was thin and runny though. I will go there again. 👍 👍

The veggie pizza is not bad but not good, still there are many details that convinced me to rate this place with 4 stars. The services is fast, friendly and effective. The fries are good and you can take as much salsa as you want, ketchup and mayo. Also they have some pizza menus prepared fro 1, 2 or 3 people and they are cheap. They have also burgers that I did not try because I am vegetarian.

Very quick delivery service..staffs are working very hard in this strange times to offer the best quality food to customers.. I was in supermacs Waterford city two days ago to collect my order the lady manager or supervisor was very rude with staffs.. shouting and talking with her loud voice.. absolutely no manners..hats off to all the other staffs working hard and have to put up with her attitudes.

Had a chicken burger and chips, I think. Pretty average. Nothing to make it any different from the many quick food stops in many towns I've made over the years. The selection available wasn't any different either. There was a delay in serving the food, which seems to be normal.

Really nice place but expenssive We take the papa bits that was really good and we take the special fries but there were too much sauce. We have to wait like 15 minutes for being served and there were just no one so I can't imagine the waiting time if there is a lot of people. The concept is good because we can choose between pizza or burger or choose the both. But I think the prices are to much expensive for a fast food. There is no pizza under 10 euros except if you choose the little one for 7 euros. The pizza quality really look like Domino's but the burgers are original. For the burger choice it's hard to choose because not all of the burgers are exposed and if you choose a burgers menu you will have to pay 8 euros or more.

My favorite pizza in Ireland, the cheese is nice and fresh, and theres a decent amount. Chips are good ol’ regular chips, just a tad expensive, wedges are good too. Ice cream is splendid too ;) great fast food place!

Supermac's is a nice place to eat the upstairs rooms are really nice, clean bathrooms and the staff are alright. The chips and the burgers are very delicious. A very good place to have a party in!

It was O.K. The pizza was very thick and not that easy to digest. The brought us sour cream with our pizza which in my home country would be a nogo. The music there was for some reason very diverse. I have never heard 2 non-jazz and non-pop songs in a fast food restaurant. Overall as I mentioned before the expirience was O.K. But i would really prefer something else next time.

Very Good place to eat!! I went there for a quick bite before going to the Omniplex. I ordered Papa Johns pizza which was delicious Pepperoni and Jalapeno my companion had burger and fries and also said it was delicious. All the staff were warm and welcoming and the place was clean. All round affordable fresh food much better than it's fast-food competitors hands down. Next time I am in Waterford I will pop into this Supermacs.
