V. S.Went there on a Friday evening, the restaurant has good ambience and the staff is nice. I ordered seekh kebabs and lamb rogan josh with tandoori roti, it didn't take that long for the order to arrive.
I initially went there for the chicken momos but unfortunately they were not available, perhaps next time.
The desert menu wasn't very extensive (chocolate fudge and vanilla ice cream) but they had a fairly good selection of alcoholic drinks.
Would love to visit again to get those chicken momos some day.

Warm and cozy restaurant in an old church, staff friendly and helpful even when it's busy. If you like Indian type food you will not go wrong here
A. M.The tandoori mixed grill was almost entirely chicken, with two lamb cubes and one very salty, squishy prawn.
We were also given a chicken biryani instead of the vegetable biryani we ordered.

Visiting Ireland again and I have to say that this restaurant has a very good tasty and very reasonable menu,
The staff are pleasant and efficient,
I tried a different dish instead of my usual dish Garlic and chilly chicken, Dull of flavour, Chicken Biriyani was the second dish to a friend and he never spoke until his plate was empty and the last was a grill, That was to much for the third person in our group,
Clean and Respectable with a good Rioja to compliment the food

L. H.Fantastic staff. Beautiful authentic food. Very welcoming and friendly. Nice cosy ambience. Cool premises converted church facing the river, quite romantic. We booked a meal with our toddler and were accommodated with a lovely table and high chair. A last minute change of plans meant we couldn't stay but ordered take away instead. Very regretfully we left just as the complimentary table trimmings were left out.. Fabulous array of dips and poppadoms etc. Food was beautiful dumplings were delicious. Look forward to visiting again next time in Westport.
K. K.Food and staff were excellent as usual. Food is always so consistent and staff were so friendly and attentive. Covid measures were good, though use of visors doesn't help seated guests. Seating and spacing was good initially but became very congested after a while, with all dinners seated on same side of the restaurant, leaving other side completely empty, didn't make sense.
D. 1.Ate here on Tuesday past. Food was good, the chips were woeful though. Not cooked enough, too pale and sort of ruined our meal if I'm honest. No dessert....only ice cream available. So didn't opt for that. None of the staff members (2 women & 1 male) were wearing masks aswell.

S.Myself and another chef came here today on a whim. We found that the dining room was very relaxed and clean - a nice setting for the delicious meal we shared.
We started of with the everest platter for two as our starter. We really enjoyed it and it was a great way to get an idea of what was to follow. We both particulaly enjoyed the chicken legs as they had that authentic charred taste that really sets them high above the average chicken wing.
To follow, we both had the Himalayan lamb curry.
We both agreed that it has to be up there with the best curries we've had. The lamb itself was tender and the curry was packed with flavour and gentle heat. We also noted how nice the rice was - showing that someone really prides themselves on the food they put out.
The real star of the show for me was the Peshwari Naan. Again, that gorgeous charred flavour was present, and the filling was brilliant - nice and sweet. It really brought my curry to the next level.
We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and will gladly return!

M. C. T.Had dinner here with my wife around 10pm on Friday 24th May 2019. My wife and I arrived late to Westport and this restaurant was recommended to us by the hotel we stayed at.
I need to say thank you very much to the staff who agreed to let us eat there despite turning up so close to their closing time.
As for the food, it is one of the nicest restaurants I have eaten in, in Ireland that serves Nepalese and Indian food. Full of flavour and generous portions.
Two minor critism, none of the main course came with rice included and overall I thought the price point was a little high.

F.In Westport on business, it's a Saturday night and we fancy Indian food. Asking the locals we were directed to the Everest. We found the restaurant cosy and welcoming with a good selection of dishes on the menu. Our food was very pretty good with my Madras curry nicely cooked and spiced. The Naan bread was straight from the oven and steaming hot. We splashed out and shared a bottle of rosé which was very reasonably priced. Two mains with naan bread and a decent bottle of wine for €64. Service was excellent and the staff friendly. Well worth a visit again.
