I can't fault Be Independent Home Care in any way. Every staff member and carer I have dealt with has given service of the highest standard, I have had the pleasure of dealing with a number of the carers at this stage and everyone of them have made a huge impact in my life. They are great with my mother and she looks forward to their visits. The care they provide is second to none and I can be confident that my mother is being cared for to the highest standard when they are in my home. I would highly recommend this company and wish to thank them for the excellent service they have provided to me and my mother.

I have been working with Be Independent Home Care since February this year and I have found them uniformly excellent. I engaged them to provide carers for my wife who has Early Onset Alzheimer's Disease. Be Independent Home Care are complete professionals. Their carers are highly trained, punctual, efficient and very loving and attentive in their care of my loved one. I also find that the Be Independent Home Care management team is excellent. Again, they are trained health care professionals with a lot of experience. I receive a lot of useful advice from them and I have nothing but praise for their management and team of carers. Be Independent Home Care has provided excellent care to my mother and my fatherr for the past year. The service is extremely professional but above all the carers have demonstrated great warmth and compassion and have made it possible for both my parents to remain in the comfort of their own homes in their twilight years. I have had very bad experiences with previous care agencies and had almost given up on getting help until I got in touch with BE INDEPENDENT. My mother has been ill for 16 years and we had tried lots of different agencies that promised the world and delivered nothing. I would meet a manager the first day and never see them again. After a long stay in hospital my mother could no longer walk and had a catheter in (something I had no knowledge of how to deal with at home). I realised it would be impossible to rehabilitate her at home unless I got help. I contacted BE INDEPENDENT on the phone and got an excellent response in regard to all my questions. I was then met in the hospital by the care manager who is a nurse who assessed my mother's needs. She then called to the house to help ensure that everything was in place before my mother came home. Our care manager along with 2 carers were in the house waiting for us when my mother arrived home by ambulance. For the first 5/6 weeks the carers worked incredibly hard getting my mother back walking. After this initial period of time because of the work they did, it was possible to get the catheter removed. Following on from this excellent rehabilitation my mother was able to continue her oncology treatment which would never have happened without the help of BE INDEPENDENT. Since then we have an excellent routine in place that gives me time to have some freedom knowing that my mother is happy and well cared for. It has also contributed enormously to my mothers improved health and happiness. Our care manager Alice is a trained nurse who calls to the house on a regular basis and is always in touch with me by phone and e-mail. She matched the carers exceptionally well to my mother's needs and her personality. Alice is always available to answer any questions in regard to my mother's health. We have an ongoing working relationship that continues to provide superb care to my mother as her needs change depending on her health and treatment. I wish that I had the support of BE INDEPENDENT earlier as they have made such a difference to my life and that of my mother's. BE INDEPENDENT is unusual in the professional level of service it provides to it's clients - they actually do care about their customers which is not true of any of the other agencies we had previously employed. I can highly recommend BE INDEPENDENT if you want peace of mind, freedom, quality care and improved health and happiness for the person you are caring for.
