N. B.Not only a gym but a big family. Never been in a place and felt so welcome from the moment I stepped in door. Excellent coaches who never have a problem with giving you that extra bit of time to make sure you are preforming and excelling at the quickest pace possible. I couldn’t recommend this place any more truly a second home.
k. g.Really Great gym for all levels with great support staff. Whether you like to work out on your own or prefer more assistance, the staff always accommodate. Excellent price range and great 6week trial for people who are not sure how many sessions they can attend.

They do have qualified and friendly coaches who can push you to limits if your eyes are on the prize, which could be either just staying fit or become a fighter. Everyone should try out the classes they offer and I promise you will go back over and over.
O. K.Best family gym in Ireland. Free one hour consultation with an introductory class of your choice fitness, mma, Kickboxing, boxing BJJ they also have two in-house physical and physio therapists. Also there will be an in-house martial arts sports wear supply shop opening.
R. H.I Started in sbg Cork doing a 6 week kick boxing course the minute I entered the gym I was made feel at home, both Liam and Marlene could not have been nicer to me.
I went in there knowing absolutely nothing about martial arts, not once did I feel intimated as all the coaches and members give up there time to help everyone,what I have learned and the fitness level that I have now compared to before I started there is like night and day
If its kickboxing,boxing,wrestling,bjj,mma etc or just great fitness classes that u are interested in definitely give it a shot
It is also a great family gym my wife and 3 kids are all in classes there and all absolutely love it,the best move we have made was walking in the doors of sbg cork.
Give it a shot u have nothing to loose and alot to gain.

Judo, jiu-jitsu, MMA and gymnastics also for my daughter - they are experts teaching with those and other martial arts. Very friendly, family like atmosphere. My boy doesn't want any other gym.
