Popped into this shop for a Robie (a dry robe which I will use for its intended purpose and not for sipping coffee😂). I would highly recommend a visit...the owner Bernie was an absolute pleasure...ALL THE STAFF WERE AMAZING AND SO HELPFUL!!! Ended up picking up more than I expected...some beautiful beachwear items too. Wetsuit purchase next...great selection and I thought really great value for money. LOVED IT...I'LL BE BACK 😍😍😍

My son wanted to get a new wetsuit for the summer months as his old one doesn't fit as he took a stretch over the winter. He's not big or tall for his age kinda small adult or large child's size. I drove out with my wife, both of my children and brought the dogs, all the family delighted to get out of the house after covid, why am I writing this review so, because my son wanted to get the suit on his own not with his embarrassing mother or father with him, so he and his sister were in the shop and the owners son Craig was there and what impressed me is that Craig took one look at my son and even after a horrible year of closure and shortness of cash Craig took him to the large kids section and found him the perfect sized wetsuit for him and charged only €70 because he said that "it was one of the benefits of being a smaller lad, with a winķ and that he understood how being being a bit on the small side felt". Well Craig I think that you're having a bigger impact on people than you know with you're honesty and passion for what you do. You have certainly made me and my family life long customers. Thank you very much Des Lawlor and family 👪

Spent a couple of weeks learning to surf with my 2 children. Great instructors and the staff were so friendly. I couldn't recommend Tramore Surf Shop any higher. We can't wait to come again 🙂

Could not recommend Bernie Butler and Tramore Surf School enough. Extremely professional staff and I felt so secure leaving my son in her care. So friendly and your made to feel so welcome. 5 Stars to everyone at Tramore Surf School. See you all again really soon

Group of 13 , 4 mums 9 kids ! No surfing experience but we all had the most enjoyable afternoon . Niall and David (our instructor) were so calm and attentive to us all , made sure we all caught some waves . We had so much fun and will definitely return . Thank you for a fab afternoon and be sure to have a hot chocolate after next door ! Sue , K , Car and sand

Very friendly people. Had a lesson with David last week!!! Really enjoyable. Haven't much surf experience but he had me up on the waves in no time. I'll def be back with these guys .

Just had my first surfing lesson here and I’m absolutely thrilled, from the second I’ve stepped in trough the door I felt very welcomed, every single staff member is super friendly, helpful, professional & easy going! The coaches Ian & Darragh was AMAZING. They have exceeded my expectations. Quick, easy, funny but yet super professional, supportive & reassuring. Thank you so so much. I’ve had the best day

My daughter and I took lessons here last weekend. Neither of us had surfed before but we were immediately put at ease and received plenty of attention (there were 4 of us in the lesson). Ian was patient and funny. The staff in the shop were friendly and helpful as well. Definitely recommend!

My 11yr old daughter took a lesson this month she asked me to come along also.It turned out to be one of the highlights of our summer.on the lesson the instructors were so patient and attentive with sharing their advice. It was fascinating to see how quick my daughter picked up this new skill.we rented the boards later that week and enjoyed free time practicing. So worth it and so enjoyable we would highly recommend.
