Purchased a selection of various bathroom Towels. I received a warm phone call over an issue with my order soon after it processed. It was rectified in my favour but more importantly they were proactive than reactive. Excellent service all around and to top it off Order was on my door step the following day. Will definitely shop with them again

Very helpful young girl in attendance. She was friendly and professional in measuring for small child. Could put her hands on stock that was not normally on view to accommodate the child's needs. They are lucky to have such dedicated staff.

Ordered a pair of children's Geox runners at 12.43 on 29 April 2021. Got an email to say the order was dispatched at 13.39 on 29 April 2021. Runners arrived just after 13.00 on 30 April 2021. I'm so impressed with the speed at which this order was processed and delivered. Considering I'm at the opposite end of the country this is very impressive. Also got an email this morning thanking me for shopping with them. I really hope more people will use this company and continue to shop locally. Good customer service is hard to find but Kearneys have shown that it can be done. I will definitely purchase from Kearneys in the future.

Wow this company provides the best customer service!! Literally placed an online order at 11am Wednesday morning and they rang me within the hour to say that one of my items was out of stock and gave me so many alternative options!!! This shop is The Ultimate in ' Family Owned, Irish & Independent Business'. My Introduction to this shop was through an Internet Search for a particular item, AND Kearney's was the ONLY shop in the country that had this product. When I was brought to their website, I was in awe of ALL the stock, and all the things we NEED. This is a wonderful Irish Business that epitomises Traditional Irish Shops of time gone by, with all their different Departments, satisfying All your homeware wants, not to mention all their shoes. I can only imagine what it is like to visit, however presently I will have to be satisfied with their website.

Have been meaning to write this review for ages...Thomas did curtains and blinds for us last summer and we couldn't have been happier with the service and quality. He let me take loads of fabric books home and gave great advice on style, fitting etc. He fit all the curtains and blinds himself and made us matching cushions which finished the whole thing off nicely. Best shoe & interiors shop around! All the staff are very friendly & helpful. I wouldn't go anywhere else for school shoes as they have a brilliant selection of shoes at affordable prices. Got some new blinds recently & Thomas came to the house to measure up & then came back & fitted them for me at a time & day that suited me. He also helped advised on what blinds were the best for what I needed.
