The staff help to the best of their ability, however, their knowledge in their products is highly lacking. The staff are sales assistance but should have knowledge about which tile would be best for a bathroom and which tile is best for a kitchen, this is simply not the case. They also displayed little to no information about the heat output of towel radiators. None of this is the fault of the staff, the responsibility squarely remains with the management regarding the training of the staff. The staff themselves are friendly and as helpful as they can be. It's a shame their management let them down.

Its your one stop shop. Always great sales . Actually going back in the morning for wall tiles to finish off my new kitchen.. getting ones that will compliment n tone in with the floor tiles n trim i purchased at their last great sale.. staff are friendly and helpful.
