K. C.Quality of bicycle is good, but they have to make sure proper packing is made while shipping, they had shipped my bicycle from Ireland to India but they missed to include both pedals and also a part in front wheel hub!

I am beyond happy with my purchase and know it will get a lot of use. On the whole, the guys in OK Cycles are an honest, decent, and down to earth bunch. Wen t into the lads there., now they haven't seen me in over 30 years (bought my first 2 bikes there in the 80's off Shane's old man!) They took the wheel will order parts gave me a new wheel to get home on . Absolute gentlemen ! Thank you again Shane and Paul.
