Because of lockdown all our correspondence was over emails and the phone so it was difficult not to be able to touch and feel the items but I always felt more than comfortable with Cian and Gavin's knowledge of items nothing was a problem and assurance was always given that items would work for our new home. I cannot recommended Bathshack and more so Cian and Gavin highly enough. Their customer service was second to none - Thank you both gents and I wish you both continued success.

K. O. l.I had reason to complain about a bathroom sink. Enamel was peeling . I was informed .we were cleaning it with the wrong detergents. I also purchased mixer taps which continued to leak after a short time. I was told I could purchace new taps at half price the sink was my own problem

No issue from me was too big for them to handle. I ran out of some tiles, and following a phone call, the tiles were delivered to my house in two days. L. D.Gavin Carey in Bath Shack, Cork, has been by far, the most accommodating and nice person to deal with when it came to bath ware. We are building a new house and found the whole process stressful and overwhelming at times. We walked into the Cork showroom and Gavin immediately put us at ease and suggested ware within our budget and was incredibly helpful. We had zero idea what to choose and only had house plans on paper. He worked with us and gave us as much time as we needed. He was also on the other end of the phone/email if we had any questions or changes (of which there were many!!!), which was a huge reassurance.
We would absolutely recommend anyone who is looking for sanitary ware to go straight to Gavin and he will make the whole process pain-free.

L. M. P. x.What can I say from the minute I stepped into the Cork Store I felt at ease. Dave looked after us and went down through every item we needed with thought and care. We never felt rushed even though on the day they were short staffed it didn't seem like that. Nothing was a problem. The quality of the products is outstanding, so stylish and honestly value that can't be matched. But most importantly is the feeling of security, if anything goes wrong you have a team behind you who will truely go the extra mile to help in whatever way they can. Highly recommended to anyone.
S. F.2018 Visited this store today hoping to make a purchase. I was the only customer and there were five staff present. All five made eye contact with me but not one was ready to assist. 2 were in conversation about their bank holiday weekend plans, two discussing orders and one, in fairness to him, was dealing with a customer on the phone. So after 5 minutes, I left. How long can this place remain open!!
2021 Update.....I recently returned to Bathshack and was humbled by the staff's attentiveness and service-Gavin in particular took time to explain options and provide me with advice. Based on this experience, I would certainly recommend their service to others.
S. O. D.Excellent service in Cork showroom. Cannot speak highly enough of Gavin & the team. The quality, price and aftersales service was second to none. Gavin emailed several times after our products were delivered & installed to enquire if we were happy with everything. Wrong shower tray delivered & it was replaced immediately. We needed our tiles delivered straight away & Gavin pushed our order through for us. Will definitely do business with them again.
M. O.I needed to replace two shower doors and was looking online (given the current situation we are all in). I came across shower doors on Donedeal and sent an initial enquiry. Normally, I find internet shopping for such large items quite daunting, however on this occasion, Gavin made the whole process so easy. His patience answering ALL of my questions was unwavering and all of my requests were entertained. We collected two shower doors yesterday evening (they are open until 8pm on a Thursday). As my husband was very reluctant to go into the showroom given all the instructions regarding social distancing etc, and he asked that the doors be brought out to our van. As I said, nothing was a problem to Gavin and the staff at Bath Shack. We were able to pay over the phone, and collect our shower doors without having to get out of the van!! I cannot recommend them highly enough. This was the first time I had heard of Bath Shack but I definitely be a return customer. Keep up the good work.

Gavin Carey was the man we dealt with and he replaced items that were damaged or incorrectly delivered. We never had an issue with them or their service and would definitely recommend them. Answering queries suggesting items and options, everything was as you would hope it to be.

M. P. M.Things don't always work as they should, and they are not always perfect. And it did not start well with The Bathshack Cork. But after bringing the issues to the attention of Gavin, he tried everything he could to make it work and fix the issues. It's one thing selling, following with excellent customer care is an other. E. J.Visited last week to look at options for a bathroom remodel. Initially we were let ramble ourselves and were politely asked if we needed any help . We didn't at that stage and appropriately we were left alone - no pushy sales tactics. We were discussing options and the manager Ryan who was sitting nearby was available to answer a question. He then very helpfully showed us other shower layout options that we had not noticed before. We felt that he deserved 5 stars for being so helpful but at the same time not being a pushy salesman. It was the 4th shop we had visited and this interaction was by far the best and it may influence our decision to do business with his shop
